Out team is constantly evolving and growing, and we are looking for a Warehouse Associate who will play a key role in supporting our production and logistics operations at our U.S. facility. Position Summary The Warehouse Associate will assist with the daily operations of chemical blending, shipping, receiving, and inventory management. This position requires attention to detail, commitment to safety, and a strong work ethic, as well as physical stamina, the ability to lift and move heavy items. You will work directly under the supervision of the Warehouse Manager to ensure production goals are met safely and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Production & Blending Blend and mix friction reducer (FR) chemical formulations according to blend sheets and standard operating procedures. Accurately measure, weigh, label chemical ingredients and operate equipment to produce slurry and load railcars. Load FR dry powder into the Airslide system. Warehouse & Inventory Operations Receive, inspect, store and ship liquid and powder chemicals; load and unload trucks (by hand or forklift). Pick orders, sort, crate, stack goods, apply labels and maintain organized inventory storage. Keep accurate inventory records, restock materials, secure/ lash goods for transport. Safety & Compliance Maintain a clean, hazard-free work environment; wear required PPE at all times. Attend EH&S training, follow all environmental, health & safety policies, and report any safety or environmental concerns to supervision promptly. Teamwork & Professionalism Execute tasks safely, efficiently and in coordination with team members and supervision. Take initiative to assist colleagues, improve workflows, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement. Perform other duties as assigned by the Warehouse Manager. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Previous experience (1+ year) in warehouse, production, chemical manufacturing or similar physical logistics environment preferred. Forklift operation experience is an asset; certification preferred (training may be provided). Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and occasionally heavier loads (with or without assistance) and perform physical tasks such as bending, squatting, standing and walking for extended periods. Strong attention to detail, ability to follow written and verbal instructions, and a safety-first mindset. Basic computer literacy (inventory systems / data entry) is a plus. Good communication skills, dependable attendance, and willingness to work in a team environment and adapt to changing tasks.
