The Job We are hiring a Director, Product Management to join our Growth team leading the Identity & Onboarding experiences for HBO Max. In this role you will be responsible for delivering a best-in-class authentication, profile creation/management, and first-run onboarding experience for HBO Max. As the "front door" to our streaming product, these flows are used by every customer, allowing them to effortlessly create accounts, set up and switch profiles, and securely sign-in while laying the foundation for long-term engagement and retention. Your key accountabilities will include: * Set Vision & Product Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for Identity and Onboarding, partnering with Engineering, Design, and Data Science to deliver seamless and delightful user experiences. * Team Management: Mentor, coach, and guide the performance of a team of product managers, communicating a clear vision, goals, and priorities: you know what good looks like and can lead others to high-quality outcomes.
