**You're an ideal candidate if you have:**
- 8+ years of professional experience designing and delivering products in cross-functional teams from strategy to delivery.
- A portfolio full of great case studies and even better prototypes, including case studies leveraging AI research and design tools.
- Expertise and experience designing for AI products and/or features.
- Knowledge of the networking domain or experience in a related product or field is a plus.
- Experience working on technically complex B2B enterprise products.
- Aligned teams around customer-centered design decisions, using UX methodologies and tools (double-diamond, personas, journey mapping, dual agile, lean ux, prototypes), and influenced adoption by those who aren't familiar with strategic UX engagements.
- A proven track record of shipping large scale enterprise products.

Employees on sales plans earn performance-based incentive pay on top of their base salary, which is split between quota and non-quota components, subject to the applicable Cisco plan. For quota-based incentive pay, Cisco typically pays as follows:
+ .75% of incentive target for each 1% of revenue attainment up to 50% of quota;
+ 1.5% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%;
+ 1% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 75% and 100%; and
+ Once performance exceeds 100% attainment, incentive rates are at or above 1% for each 1% of attainment with no cap on incentive compensation.
For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay 0% up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.

Qualifications
Description:
4+ Years. Strong Java development experience (J2EE)
Strong Web Framework experience (Spring MVC, JavaScript, JQuery, CSS)
Strong Experience with web services (e.g. SOAP, REST)
Experience with HTML5, JavaScript and MVC frameworks - AngularJS or Backbone.js & deep
understanding of either of the frameworks
Strong experience in using Tomcat, Apache, security setup across web components and able to perform
application deployments and configuration changes on these servers
Experience with development, build and deployment tooling (e.g. Maven, Git, Eclipse and/or IntelliJ IDE,
Jenkins)
Experience with continuous integration practices, TDD, and automated testing (e.g. jUnit, Cucumber)
Experience with relational databases and SQL
Exposure to NoSQL databases (e.g MongoDB)
Familiar with Secure Software development concept/practices
Desire and ability to learn and grow, Ability to embrace a team first culture
Strong collaboration skills and the ability to accept and respond to peer feedback
Agile Scrum / XP / Kanban experience preferred
Must have basic planning/organizational, problem-solving, analytical, time management,
decision-making, and communication skills
Bachelor's degree in a science, technology, engineering, or math related field would suffice
