This role will also encompass the EPA RMP compliance program, maintaining documentation per regulations. The manager will serve as a key driver of a safety-first culture, promoting reliability and professional growth across a diverse workforce that includes entry-level operators, engineers, and plant leadership. Additionally, this role will provide mentorship and technical guidance to engineering and operations teams to support safe and efficient plant performance.
