After mastering all the Coordinator level roles, this individual will have the tools to apply for Chick-fil-A's corporate LDP, join the director team at Chick-fil-A West Towne, or launch out into their own business venture.
In the LDP, this individual will be a part of the leadership team, being led and developed by the Directors as well as the owner/operator. This will be a super fast-paced environment, standing 8-10 hours each day, and working 40+ hours each week. + Developing Crew members to be future Kitchen Leaders
+ Communicating with Crew members and customers effectively in order to ensure great customer service and throughput
+ Ensuring the kitchen is properly cleaned and sanitized
+ Monitoring kitchen equipment and ensuring it is kept in good repair; making sure malfunctioning equipment is repaired as quickly as possible
+ Ensuring that the kitchen itself and all Crew members meet the necessary guidelines to ensure there are no injuries or accidents
+ Filling out Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and Inventory Rotation (FIFO)
