The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to own and execute "start to finish" variable tasks such as planograms, as well as provide support for other tasks including merchandise and fixture assembly, and the maintenance of all signage. The FAST Team Member will interact with customers and Team Members, while delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.

Required Qualifications
Experience: Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required. Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred. Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver's license.
Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required. Regardless of education level, FAST Team Members must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Level Descriptors
Correctional Officer:
This is the basic level where employees are assigned as correctional officer cadets and receive formal and on-the-job training in security and custody duties and various policies and procedures relating to control and management of inmates. Correctional Officers are also assigned responsibilities involving routine duties as a first level trained security officer in the security, control and custody of inmates in a state adult correctional center after completion of all statutory training requirements and job orientation. This will include the supervision of inmates in a wide variety of situations and activities, which may include supervising inmate work crews at work sites as well as patrolling yards, cell houses, grounds and other areas to control the movements, conduct, work and discipline of inmates. Employees at this level are responsible for interpreting and executing post orders.
Corporal:
This is the career level where employees are assigned responsibilities at the full performance level as a correctional security corporal, for providing security and control of inmates. Assignments are related to maintaining discipline and security among inmates, both within and outside the facility. Incumbents interpret and execute post orders.
Education and Experience
Correctional Officer:
Education and Experience requirements at this level consist of the statutory requirements contained in Title 57 O.S., Section 510.A.2: “a. The minimum age for service shall be twenty (20) years of age. The Director shall have the authority to establish the maximum age for correctional officers entering service and b. possession of thirty (30) semester hours from an accredited college or university; or possession of a high school diploma acquired from an accredited high school or GED equivalent testing program and graduation from a training course conducted by or approved by the Department and certified by the Council on Law Enforcement Education and Training either prior to employment or during the first six (6) months of employment.
Note: Successful completion of the GED test is based upon standards established by the Oklahoma Department of Education.
Corporal
Those identified for Correctional Officer plus 12 months of experience in correctional or security work for a governmental agency or private corrections agency.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required at this level include knowledge of the fundamentals of English usage; of basic math; of reporting writing; of the use and care of firearms; of proper restraint methods and techniques; of self-defense methods; of the methods and objectives of discipline required for inmates under restraint; and of the psychology of inmate behavior. Ability is required to evaluate situations and adopt effective courses of action; to exercise alertness and be able to act quickly and effectively in an emergency situation; to follow oral and written instructions; to gather and organize facts and complete clear, concise reports; to communicate effectively; to establish and maintain effective working relationships; to maintain proficiency with firearms; and to assess and manage conflicts within the inmate population.

Mortgage lenders require periodic updates on their properties and to do this they send out independent contractors. The purpose of the property inspection is:
To verify property occupancy.
To report on the general condition of the property using a mobile application.
Most inspections are exterior only. About 10% require interior photos after the property has gone vacant.
We contract with inspectors at a county level. This means that you would be responsible to complete all inspections in your county. In some cases, you will split the county with another inspector if there is enough volume for two inspectors.
Responsibilities
Most common type of inspection should only take 5-6 minutes.
Complete the inspection within 4 days after it is assigned.
Report general property conditions and make a determination of occupancy based on industry standards.
Take 9+ photos of the property with brief comments.
Complete a short form in an app.
Requires being able to spend extended periods of time driving while making numerous stops during the day in the assigned territory.

Janitorial Assistance
Provide custodial support as needed; this could include but is not limited to: picking up trash, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming or using industrial cleaning equipment to clean floors, clean and stock bathrooms, ensure buildings are secure, clean windows and minor building maintenance and repairs.
May serve as custodian in the absence of the regular custodian on a periodic basis.
Kitchen Assistance
Complete routine kitchen/dining room/food chores as assigned (e.g. dishwashing, portioning foods, taking and logging temperature of foods received from vendors, etc.).
Prepare food and serve items for service prior to or after use. These duties may include the preparation of food to meet the needs of children with special needs or disabilities.
Participate in food service clean up, inventory and other food service tasks as requested.
Substitute for regular Cook or Assistant Cook as needed.
May be asked to assist Cook and or Assistant Cook to fulfill kitchen duties, in any capacity.
Responsible for complying with all local, state and federal standards regarding hygiene and sanitation.

May be required to serve as a Bus Monitor.
Attend all workshops and meetings as deemed necessary.
Attend required staff and parent meetings and activities.
Responsible for gaining understanding Head Start Program Performance Standards and local child care licensing regulations.
Expected to be knowledgeable of the regulations associated with prevention of occupational disease and injury, including the exercise of universal precautions and the prevention of contamination.
Positively promote Head Start in the community.
Maintain strict confidentiality with respect to Head Start/Early Head Start children, families and staff in accordance with established policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications
Must be at minimum 18 years of age.
Minimum high school diploma or G.E.D.
Certification as applicable by federal, state or local Head Start or child care regulations, now or as amended in the future.
Within 90 days of employment, must obtain and continually maintain basic first aid and pediatric CPR certification (or sooner if required by local/state regulations).
Demonstrated knowledge of the basics of working with infants, toddlers and preschool-aged children.
Professional proficiency in spoken and written English
Demonstrated ability to relate sensitively with children and to work well and communicate effectively with staff, parents and families.
Proven ability to follow directions and take initiative.
Demonstrated ability to keep all information on families strictly confidential.
Demonstrated ability to work with children with disabilities.
Physical Requirements related to essential functions: Ability to perform medium to heavy physical work exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, up to 20 pounds frequently and up to 5-10 pounds constantly, performing such activities as sitting, crawling, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting and grasping. This also includes some duties that require repetitive action and motion skills, keyboarding and computer use.

**Fleet Strategy & Standardization**

**Acquisition & Development Support**

This position is primarily located in Birmingham, AL but can also be located at any SPC owned renewable facility. Overnight travel is required to renewable facilities located in various parts of the United States including, but not limited to Georgia, West Virginia, Texas, South Dakota, Oklahoma, Maine, Washington, California, New Mexico, and Kansas.
