The project spans 1,475 surface acre of water, 5,775 acres of land, 12 recreation parks, 40 miles of trails, dams, facilities, and year-round public infrastructure, supporting peak and off-peak operational demands continuously. What does a typical day look like for the Quality Control Chief? You will: Supervise multidisciplinary field staff supporting parks, trails, dam infrastructure, buildings, and utilities. Coordinate maintenance activities across 12 recreation areas and approximately 40 miles of trails. Enforce quality control, safety, and environmental compliance in accordance with EM 385-1-1 requirements. Serve as secondary on-site liaison with COR, QAR, park rangers, and contracting officials. Serve as the primary liaison when the Superintendent is absent. Attend briefings, planning sessions, and other Government-designated meetings. Manage use and accountability of Government-furnished equipment, vehicles, and facilities. Review work orders, schedules, and daily reports within the FEM/Maximo maintenance system. Support continuity of services supporting 1,475-acre reservoir and 5,775 acres of surrounding land, one Visitor Assistance Center & Environmental Education Center, 12 formal recreation park areas, and 40 miles of trail. Develops and implements the project's quality control plan; this includes conducting regular inspections, maintaining compliance with regulations, and enforcing corrective actions. What qualifications do you look for? You might be the professional we're looking for if you have: Authorization to work in the U.S. permanently without sponsorship. In-depth knowledge of USACE safety and health requirements, including EM 385-1-1 and OSHA-related safety obligations. Advanced OSHA certification preferred. RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS: Act as liaison between Company and contract growers providing expert technical advice to growers on company expectations (i.e. building and equipment specifications, litter manipulation, farm sanitation, industry best practices, policies, procedures, bio security, etc.) Using discretion and independent judgement, evaluate condition of grower farm and flock against Company, regulatory, and any legal guidelines; provide recommendations to grower to resolve any unacceptable conditions and follow-up to ensure recommendations have been implemented ensuring compliance Communicate all unacceptable farm and/or flock conditions to management including recommendations given to grower on resolution and next steps including planned follow-up action to ensure farm/flock success Track, compile, analyze and record data pertaining to flocks (i.e. bird weight, mortality rates, flock completion rates, egg production, etc.) Monitor assigned flocks ( i.e. bird comfort, equipment settings, male spiking, fertility, hatchability, culling, etc.) to ensure producers comply with all company policies and procedures, regulatory guidelines and federal and State policies, regulations and laws when handling poultry; report non-compliance and/or abnormalities to appropriate personnel Monitor vaccination program to ensure vaccinations are administered correctly and as scheduled Maintain feed tank inventories ordering feed and coordinating deliveries to ensure proper feed is delivered to growers in a timely manner Follow and promote all safety initiatives helping to maintain a zero accident culture Perform additional relevant duties as assigned SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES: None.     POSITION: Speech Language Pathologist Assistant full time with Benefits NATURE OF WORK Administer direct and indirect intervention for students to assist a speech-language pathologist in the provision of clinical-educational services for students with speech-language disorders. The assistant is expected to use individually designed interventions based upon the unique clinical-educational needs of each student. The assistant works under the supervision of a speech-language pathologist licensed by the North Carolina Board of Examiners for Speech and Language Pathologists and Audiologists. The assistant requires limited supervision in indirect services. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Administer screening protocols. Transport students to/from testing or therapy areas. Administer therapeutic treatment protocols written by the speech-language pathologist. Communicate with students and other professionals to meet the emotional needs of students. Obtain case histories and complete observation checklists. Manage behavior using appropriately designed management techniques. Summarize and record target behaviors during therapy sessions. Complete Random Moment in Time Studies as required by MAC program guidelines. MINIMUM TRAINING Completion of an Associate's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assisting from an accredited institution of higher learning, community college, or equivalent program; or evidence of successful completion of a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution as well as evidence of successful completion of courses developed by the North Carolina Department of Community Colleges. Assistants must achieve a passing score on a competency test approved by the North Carolina Board of Examiners for Speech and Language Pathologists and Audiologists.
