Winsert was founded in 1977 by Stephen A. Dickinson.
He began his career with Winsert in 1988 upon his graduation from Michigan Technological University with a degree in Mechanical Design Engineering Technology.
Trisha began her career with Winsert during summers in high school, working on the shop floor, before joining Winsert full-time in 1992.
Stephen’s daughter, Trisha Dickinson Lemery, is his successor and has been active in the company since 1993.
He joined Winsert in 2006 and is responsible for all Winsert buildings, infrastructure, machinery, and equipment.
Stephen retired in 2008 as CEO; he remains active as the Chairman of the Board of Directors.
Trisha Lemery is Winsert's president & CEO since 2008, taking the reins from her father and Winsert's founder, Stephen A. Dickinson.
Lee joined Winsert in 2011 and oversees the organization's accounting and accounts payable departments.
Aaron joined Winsert in 2014 and is our Director of Operations Excellence.
Winsert, Inc. is an ISO 14001:2015 certified organization.
Winsert, Inc. is an IATF 16949:2016 certified organization.
Chris joined Winsert in 2019 and is our Sr.
