Under general supervision of the Chief Pharmacist, the Clinical Pharmacist - Advanced provides direct pharmaceutical care in the outpatient pharmacy program. This position is considered as the major source of pharmaceutical clinical information and is expected to manage selected patients with chronic disease states, as well as providing pharmaceutical care for acute patients. Maintains confidentiality of all privileged information at all times.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Takes the appropriate health history, follows and adjusts the developed treatment plan and monitors the patient's outcome to the prescribed treatment plan.
Takes the appropriate history and performs limited physical assessment related to the specialized pharmacy clinics, such as insulin titration or anticoagulation management.
Discriminates between normal and abnormal findings to recognize early stages of serious physical, emotional or mental problems.
Documents all clinical activities, updates lists and medication allergy information in the medical record.
Orders and interprets laboratory tests.
Provides pharmaceutical services to focus on therapeutic drug monitoring. Analyzes medication regimens to ensure the most effective, least toxic, and most economical treatment plan, and communicates recommendations to ordering or primary care provider.
Fills and dispenses accurate prescription and over the counter drugs on orders of physician, optometrist, physician assistant, family nurse practitioner, and dentist.
Counsels patients on the use, storage, cautious and side effects of all medications dispensed as well as documentation of cognitive services provided.
Initiates prescriptions for approved formulary agents, medical supplies as documented in clinic guidelines.
Renews prescriptions up to 30 days if they have expired or were previously canceled in error; may change doses on existing medications.
Provides guidance, training, and mentoring for Clinical Pharmacists.
Upholds all principles of confidentiality and patient care to the fullest extent.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Financial Accountability: Supports operational policies and programs which guide the departments and the profitability of the operation.
Purpose: Under supervision of the Supervisor, Assistant Operations Manager and Operations Manager you welcomes all guests, helps them with any questions and completes accurate transactions during the sale of general admission tickets. You will be held responsible for ensuring admission entries coincide with receipts. Be responsible for light maintenance with opening and closing procedures of all facilities. Ensures that guests receive a professional, positive and memorable experience while visiting Meteor Crater.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Assist customers in the admissions area by verifying tickets and receipts, processing ticket sales accurately, and creating a positive and welcoming customer experience.
Please keep conversations brief to ensure a smooth and efficient guest entry process.
Support guests with pets by guiding them to the pet ramada and ensuring all animals have water and a comfortable environment during their visit.
Responsible for all cash and credit card transactions.
Responsible for maintaining a clean, organized appearance of admissions area, restrooms room and back areas.
Responsible for reconciling opening and closing cash amounts to ensure they align with daily sales totals.
Responsible for being profecient with opening and closing procedures and provide support as required or when scheduled.
Communicates inventory of levels and operational needs to management.
Provide coverage for colleagues during lunches and breaks as needed to ensure smooth operations.
Responsible for helping train and coach admissions personnel and develop team work when instructed to.
Support co-workers in accordance with policy and procedures related to the operations of stations.
Attends staff meetings to ensure communication among Managers and co-workers regarding operations and activities.
Performs other duties as required.
Must wear complete uniforms including (name tag, earpiece).
Must follow all policies and procedures in accordance with the Employee Handbook.
Work environment: Work is generally performed in an office and lobby setting with a moderate noise level. Some outside work may be required. Prolonged standing and walking may be required. Tight time constraints and multiple demands are common.

Requirements:
Minimum Requirements:
Essential
High School Diploma or GED required.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening, as well as a background check.
Possess a current, valid Arizona Driver's License.
Reliable transportation is required.
Work is generally performed in a public setting with a moderate noise level as well as a retail setting with higher noise levels.
Prolonged standing and walking may be required.
Tight time constraints and multiple demands are common.
Working weekends, nights and holidays are a possibility due to the needs of the facility.
Knowledge, Abilities, Skills, Certifications:

Basic knowledge of the Visitor Center and Discovery Center.

Licensed Vocational Nurse/Licensed Practicing Nurse/Registered Nurse
The LVN/LPN/RN will serve as a construction sites designated first aid provider in the project, coordinating and implementing the safety program. The LVN/LPN will provide first aid care to injured employees, lead pre-employment exams to include drug screens, analyze tasks for potential safety issues, participate in the Workers Compensation process, and recommend appropriate risk mitigation measures to management.
Responsibilities:
Provide triage, first-aid, and/or referral to outside medical providers, if indicated.
Maintain all records of care provided to associates.
Maintain first-aid kits, inventory supplies, restock and clean equipment used to provide first aid care.
Provide accommodation recommendations related to job placement for all employees on restrictions given by a medical provider.
Provide daily activity logs to the safety team and senior leadership team. Provide analysis of all onsite incidents on a monthly basis including recommendations on how to reduce the risk and severity of injuries within the warehouse.
Understand and learn each trade and job function within the project to fully understand the body mechanics involved in every task. Be actively involved with improvements to the standard work process.
Update the communication board with health and safety tips for the building.
Essential Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
Ability to communicate health and safety needs to all levels of the organization.
Ability to maintain composure in emergency situations.
Basic Qualifications:
Valid State LVN/LPN/RN license
Valid CPR certification at the Basic Life Support for Healthcare Provider level (American Heart Association) or Professional Rescuer (American Red Cross)
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Must be able to work flexible shifts which could include days and occasional weekends
Ability to maintain all medical credentials
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications:
Certified to teach First-Aid, CPR and AED
Experience leading and managing a team
Experience with OSHA regulations, specifically 29 CFR 1910 (1904.4-7)
