Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Takes the appropriate health history, follows and adjusts the developed treatment plan and monitors the patient's outcome to the prescribed treatment plan.
Takes the appropriate history and performs limited physical assessment related to the specialized pharmacy clinics, such as insulin titration or anticoagulation management.
Discriminates between normal and abnormal findings to recognize early stages of serious physical, emotional or mental problems.
Documents all clinical activities, updates lists and medication allergy information in the medical record.
Orders and interprets laboratory tests.
Provides pharmaceutical services to focus on therapeutic drug monitoring. Analyzes medication regimens to ensure the most effective, least toxic, and most economical treatment plan, and communicates recommendations to ordering or primary care provider.
Fills and dispenses accurate prescription and over the counter drugs on orders of physician, optometrist, physician assistant, family nurse practitioner, and dentist.
Counsels patients on the use, storage, cautious and side effects of all medications dispensed as well as documentation of cognitive services provided.
Initiates prescriptions for approved formulary agents, medical supplies as documented in clinic guidelines.
Renews prescriptions up to 30 days if they have expired or were previously canceled in error; may change doses on existing medications.
Provides guidance, training, and mentoring for Clinical Pharmacists.
Upholds all principles of confidentiality and patient care to the fullest extent.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Our water projects expanded in 2022 when we launched our Colonias Water Project.
This project works to bring clean, running water to the residents living in communities along the Texas-Mexico border.
The Texas colonias are largely unincorporated, low-income communities that fall just outside city limits and often lack basic infrastructure.
Our work began in Cochran colonia near El Paso.
DigDeep partnered with residents, housing nonprofits, and county officials to innovate a new model for public-private-partnership that brings these basic services to families for the first time.
Now we're getting the water flowing in 5 more communities.
The Opportunity DigDeep is looking for a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented person to join our growing Navajo Water Project Dilkon team as the Project Assistant.
The position will handle a wide variety of administrative tasks.
They should love streamlining processes, and working both collaboratively and independently.
It requires nimble, strategic thinking, excellent prioritization, a positive everything is figure-out-able attitude, and diplomacy.
In this role, you will play a key role in liaising between the Dilkon team and other teams/departments across the organization.
The PA will also support the Senior Project Manager of the Navajo Water Project by working with their team and external stakeholders.
This is an administrative focused role, so you must love organizing, streamlining systems, and multi-tasking! Ultimately, you will contribute to DigDeeps impact by providing exceptional, personalized support for one of our key executives as the company grows.

A Bookkeeper's responsibilities include:
Making effective and objective decisions regarding bookkeeping, purchase and use of office supplies and equipment and other situations where multiple issues must be considered and weighed to maximize the performance, productivity, profitability and results of the store and the store team.
Answering telephones courteously and either route calls to appropriate department or taking written messages in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Responsible for accuracy of store & rsquo bookkeeping functions including but not necessarily limited to: maintaining the current store bookkeeping report, daily banking procedures including ordering cash and change, checking in of bank/armor car cash orders, maintaining and reconciling store & rsquo safe balance, daily monitoring of all sales receipts including preparation and verification of bank deposits, change orders, less cash amounts and cash variation reports in accordance with policy.
Daily monitoring of all NSF checks and bad debts with appropriate postings and notifications.
Assisting in auditing work and assisting/responding to company accountants.
Maintaining a positive and friendly attitude towards customers and fellow team members.
Engaging with customers through smiles and greetings, offering product information, providing selling suggestions and always giving a genuine thank you.
Focusing on providing fast and friendly customer service.
Processing cash register transactions, inputting product costs, giving back change, processing checks, EBTs, WIC checks, refunds, product coupons and gift certificates.
Keeps clean, neat, and orderly office, customer service counter, and check stand.
All other duties as assigned

Processes guest charges voucher and credit card vouchers
Post charges to the guest accounts that have not been posted or were incurred on the night audit shift
Verifies all account postings and balances

Serve as a front desk agent especially in terms of check-in and check-out procedures
Prepares a summary of cash, check, and credit card activities
Summarizes results of operations for management
Check figures, postings, and documents for accuracy. Record, store, access, and/or analyze computerized financial information
Must have complete knowledge of emergency procedures
Balance the days charges, making corrections as necessary
Run end of day process in property management software (PMS)
Understand principles of auditing, balancing, and losing out accounts
Respond to guest needs, special requests and complaints and alert the appropriate manager as needed

Education and Experience:
