Under the general supervision of a Registered Nurse and/or Psychiatrist/MD, the Licensed Psychiatric Technician (LPT) assumes direct responsibility for administering or implementing specific therapeutic procedures, techniques, treatments, or medications with the aim of enabling patients/clients to make optimal use of their therapeutic regime, and their residential or inpatient care. The LPT demonstrates the ability to make clinical judgments in an effective and efficient manner. Collaborate daily with the Executive Chef and other relevant hotel administrators to ensure the highest member satisfaction at a reasonable cost.

Works closely with the F&B committee.
Designs and executes procedures for special club events.
Maintains the appearance, upkeep, and cleanliness of all food and beverage equipment and facilities.

Implement and ensure the execution of sanitation and cleaning schedules.
Approves all product invoices prior to submitting them to the accounting department.
Handles physical inventory checks and supplies current data to the accounting team.
Responsible for accurate accounting and reconciliation of the Point-of-Sale systems and member revenues.
Perform special projects assigned, including Manager on Duty consistently.
WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or equivalent.
Management experience with a proven track record as a manager in the hospitality industry with extensive experience in Food and Beverage.
Must demonstrate a high level of understanding in culinary arts, restaurant management, and member relations.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities and projects simultaneously. Must be punctual, reliable, and conscientious.

SELECTION PROCESS
The City of Napa utilizes a Civil Service Selection System founded on merit. Such a system is competitive and based on broad outreach efforts and equal opportunity for qualified applicants to take part in a process designed to determine the qualifications, fitness and ability of competitors to perform duties of the vacant position. Many of our recruitments are targeted and specific to the needs of a current vacant position, in which case, an eligible list may be exclusively used for that current vacant position. Other recruitments and eligible lists may be more broadly used for both current and future vacancies, or for other alternate jobs with comparable scopes of work.
The promulgated eligibility list for this recruitment will be six (6) months, unless extended or abolished sooner.
Candidates who have participated in a testing process for a recruitment are not eligible to re-take the same test within six (6) months.
What happens next?
* We will review your application and all supplemental materials to select the best qualified applicants to continue in the process. Screening will include a review of minimum qualifications, application appraisal rating of education, training and experience and relevance of background qualifications related to the target job as well as supplemental questions if applicable.
* Applicants selected to move forward in the process may be asked to participate in any combination of the following (at any phase of the selection process): a written examination, job related exercise, phone interview, in-person interview(s), and/or web-based testing.
* Based on the City Charter, the final phase of the selection process is the Probationary Period, which in most cases is six (6) months but may be twelve (12) months depending on your classification.
* When three or fewer candidates are available, the testing procedures outlined in the Job Announcement may be waived by the Human Resources Department.
Candidates referred to the Police Department for a selection interview are required to sign authorization and release forms authorizing thorough background and reference checks. Failure to sign prescribed forms will result in the candidate not being considered further for that vacancy.
BACKGROUND INVESTIGATION: Candidates for the position of Public Safety Dispatcher II are required to pass a background investigation in accordance with applicable law, regulation and/or policy. During the background investigation candidates are required to complete and submit a California Personal History Statement (POST Form 2-255 Rev. 01/2024). The information that you provide in the Personal History Statement will be used in the background investigation to assist in determining your suitability for the position of Public Safety Dispatcher II. Job Summary
The job of Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant is done for the purpose/s of providing support to the educational process with specific responsibilities for assisting speech/language pathology staff in providing speech/language therapy services for students with communication disorders (i.e. delays in pragmatic semantics, syntax, fluency, articulation/phonology); executing specific components of the speech language program as prescribed by a credentialed Speech Language Pathologist; and assisting the direct and indirect intervention for students in clinical-educational services for students with speech-language disorders as guided by the speech and language pathologist. This job reports to Director of Special Education.

Bachelors degree in job-related area.
A bachelor of Arts or Sciences Degree in Speech-Language Pathology OR higher degree from a Board approved SLPA program preferred 70 hours+ of fieldwork experience OR some prior full-time experience performing the duties of an SLPA in a public setting OR some prior full-time work as an SLPA in another state with the appropriate authorization to practice preferred Bilingual/biliterate preferred.
