Co-founded in 1990 by David Steward and Jim Kavanaugh, World Wide Technology, based in St Louis, Missouri, provides information technology and supply chain solutions as a value-added reseller of such products and services.
Our history begins with WorldTech, Inc., a company launched in March 2002 by five former senior Pentagon officials.
WorldTech International, LLC was formed in 2007 as a joint venture between WorldTech, Inc. and Earl Industries, LLC. The purpose was to expand upon the success of the product and service offerings of WorldTech, Inc, with a particular focus on the New Technology Opportunity Network (NEWTON).
June – received three awards at the 2009 Cisco Partner Summit Global Awards
July – Gold Partner of the Year for 2011 by Citrix
November – #140 on Forbes America’s Largest Private Companies list for 2011
19, 2013, Agilent announced plans to separate into two publicly traded companies through a tax-free spinoff of its electronic measurement business.
The new company, Keysight Technologies, began trading on the NYSE under the symbol KEYS on November 3,2014.
