Under direction, the official Court Voice Writer is responsible for the verbatim official record; provides readback upon request; prepares certified transcripts of the proceedings; and performs other related duties.
Employment Standards/Typical Qualifications:
Possession of a Certified Court Voice Writer license, through the use of voice writing, issued by the Court Reporters Board of California, in accordance with the relevant sections of the Business and Professions Code as added or amended by AB 156. Incumbents provide and maintain the necessary equipment for the transcription of court proceedings. A valid California Driver's license may be required. Employees in this classification may be required to use their own vehicle to travel between facilities.
Court Reporter Realtime skills and/or certification are desirable. A pay differential is available for Realtime services.Positions in this class may perform any or all of the below listed duties. These should be interpreted as examples of the work, and are not necessarily all-inclusive.
* Primary work is to attend court sessions as assigned and prepare records of the proceedings using voice writing equipment.

We are excited to add this critical member to the FEATURE Team. The purpose of this position is to assist the Assistant and Store Manager with day-to-day operations as well as policy enforcement and efficient task delegation.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The overall success of the store requires daily, weekly and monthly upkeep. As the Keyholder, your job is to work with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to be able to delegate these recurring tasks to your people in leadership positions. Being involved in every aspect of the store enhances visibility and flow of product, customers and staffing.
The responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
Policy Enforcement
As a Keyholder, you are the first level of authority and staff should view you as such. You are responsible for making sure all staff stays on tasks and policies/processes are being followed
This includes YOURSELF, management is not above the rules, we have to set the example and make sure staff follows along.
In the case a policy/process is broken, it is your responsibility to notify upper management.
Upkeep Safe/Change
Ensure there is an adequate amount of change breakdown in safe
Maintain monthly safe log to ensure safe denomination is true and accurate
Return To Vendor -
Upkeep any RTV tasks and communicate directly with the Warehouse Manager as to how/when they will be shipping out.
Request product
Based on in-store trends, request product that is currently in stores, at HQ and/or other facilities and send to the Store Manager for approval.
Opening/Closing Duties
Ensure all proper Opening/Closing Duties are being followed on a daily basis

Oversee exchanges/store credit to make sure proper processes/policies are being followed.
Make sure exchanges get added to Deposco in a timely manner.
Building Sweeps
Manage back of house and floor space by building sweeps based on low inventory styles and styles older than 90 days with slow sell through
Ensure sweeps are being checked for accuracy before leaving facility
Client Invoices Follow Up
Ensure proper processes are being followed by management responsible for sending out/closing out invoices properly.
Shipment Onboarding
Ensure daily shipments are being stocked up in a timely manner and also being done correctly.
Upkeeping Steam Rack
Ensure apparel collections get steamed in a timely manner and put out on the sales floor.
