Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Wine & Spirits Club and E-Commerce Associate Manager to oversee and grow our exclusive wine and spirits club and our sales within the digital space. This individual will be assisting club managers with the managing of club memberships, driving sales, enhancing communication with club members, working on digital sales engagement projects to garner sales, and ensuring that members receive a personalized, white-glove service experience. Key Responsibilities: Club Membership Management: Work on wine and spirits club memberships, ensuring a seamless sign-up, retention, and renewal process. Sales & Revenue Growth: Drive sales efforts through targeted promotions, special offers, and seasonal campaigns aimed at both current and potential club members. Drive Sales efforts through ecommerce initiatives. Monitor KPIs related to Average Order Value (AOV), membership retention, and overall sales performance. And provide solutions and opportunities for any gap solving needs up through leadership. Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and exclusive product offerings. Club Communication & Engagement: Execute clear and compelling communication strategies to keep members engaged, informed, and excited about the club, including newsletters, emails, and social media. Provide ongoing updates about special releases, new offerings, limited-edition products, and club member-only events. Serve as a back-up point of contact for club members, addressing any inquiries, concerns, or special requests in a timely and professional manner. First point of contact is the Loyalty Concierge; and therefore this role will work in tandem with said Concierge. Special Releases & Allocations: Coordinate the release and allocation of special or limited-edition products to high-value members, ensuring fair distribution and a seamless experience for those receiving exclusive offerings. Work closely with the product and procurement teams to forecast inventory needs for special releases and new product introductions. Client Care & Personalized Service: Collaborate with the Client Care and Loyalty Coordinators to provide members with exceptional, personalized service. This includes offering bespoke recommendations, ensuring personalized touches in all communications, and facilitating special requests.     Director of Programming - MCE HOURS: Full Time, occasional travel required To support the delivery of high-quality Music, Comedy and Events content to ATG Entertainment venues in San Francisco (Orpheum, Golden Gate and Curran) KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Establish touchpoints across all music, comedy and entertainment verticals: build strategic relationships with agents, managers, artists and promoter partners. Serve as the local booking contact for the San Francisco venues. Maintain venue calendar and manage holds, offers and confirmed events. Manage all aspects of the offer process including deal structure, budgeting, and approval process. Work cross functionally with Marketing, Ticketing, and Production for each event booked. Negotiate all contractual agreements between ATG and their external programming partners. Manage the budget of each event to ensure financial success. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure a successful show on site. Work collaboratively with venue GM on forecasting projections of events booked. Manage internal documentation as required. (EMS, Trackers, etc) Represent ATG Entertainment at Industry/Office events as requested. Work collaboratively with the MCE Programming and Theatrical teams, Venue leaders and other department heads Understands artist and venue settlements with the ability to lead if/when needed. Ensure and maintain superior customer service. EXPERIENCE and SKILLS Prior experience in the music industry. Prior experience in show execution or onsite show production. 2-4 years' experience as booking assistant, agent assistant, or talent buying. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. General understanding of the local and national market and its key players. They are a team of passionate engineers and data experts that are working on a variety of different project, primarily in the financial services sector, helping organizations build scalable, modern data platforms. This is a hands-on, full-time role with close collaboration alongside the CTO and senior engineers, offering strong influence over technical direction and delivery. The Role: This is an on-site position in the downtown San Francisco where you will be working as part of a close-knit team, collaborating on projects in their brand new office. You will be working across end-to-end data projects, including: Building and maintaining data pipelines and ETL processes. Sourcing and integrating third-party APIs and datasets. Batch and near-real-time processing (cloud agnostic). Downstream analytics and reporting using tools like Sigma Computing and Omnium Analytics. Collaborating with the CTO and engineering team to deliver client solutions. Key Skills: 5+ years' data engineering experience Strong Python, BigQuery, and cloud (GCP or similar) Solid ETL and pipeline background Comfortable with large-scale data Nice to Have Beam, Dataflow, Spark, or Hadoop Tableau or Looker ML/AI exposure Kafka or Pub/Sub Given the varied nature of the work, a broad range of technology experience is valued.
