What you'll do...

* Provide legal support for payroll tax matters, including compliance with federal and state payroll tax laws and regulations.
* Provide legal advice and guidance on federal and international income tax matters, including tax planning, compliance, and supporting controversy resolution.
* Analyze and interpret tax laws, rules, regulations, and court and administrative decisions to identify potential tax savings and minimize tax risks.
* Assist with tax due diligence on potential joint ventures, acquisitions and divestitures.
* Assist the Tax team in the development and drafting of tax policies and procedures to ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.
* Provide training and guidance to cross-functional teams about important tax matters.
* Stay up to date with changes in tax laws and regulations and provide recommendations for updates to tax policies and procedures.

About the role
This position will have a tiered pay. Initially, for the first 60 days and until 2 cases are opened the pay will be $40,000. As requirements for certification are met and caseload increases. After 60 days and when caseload increases to 4 pay will increase to $43,000. Once consistently carrying 4-5 cases , and have reached level 1 certification and/or on track to be certified and at least 1 family has completed all 4 phases of treatment, salary will increase to $44,000.
The Family Centered Treatment (FCT) Clinical Caseworker provides structured, goal oriented and time limited Family Centered Treatment (FCT) in the natural environment to families who need assistance recovering for a variety of issues including but not limited to mental health needs, substance abuse, physical, sexual, and emotional abuse and neglect. Our community-based Clinicians focus on the families' strengths and empower them to make changes that have a lasting impact. Clinical Caseworkers will receive training and certification in the Family Centered Treatment model. This is an innovative evidenced-based approach which achieves effective outcomes.
What you'll do
FCT DUTIES:
1. Complete and maintain all relevant FCT training and make consistent progress toward achieving the FCT Provider Certification from the Family Centered Treatment Foundation, including video recorded demonstration of competencies in accordance with the established training contract. Clinical Caseworkers will complete all activities necessary to maintain certification from FCTF including recertification every two years.
2. Provide FCT to families and guide them through the four phases of treatment in a timely manner, including (but not limited to) helping the family develop short and long-term family goals with measurable outcomes.
3. Complete and maintain all program fidelity documents in a timely manner.
4. Provide at a minimum two, multi-hour face-to-face sessions per week with each family system with the exception of titration at discharge. After discharge, clinical caseworker will link families to needed resources and will follow up with families as needed, and as designated by FCT clinical coordinator
5. Work on a schedule that is flexible and able to meet the needs of each family they serve. This will require meeting in the evenings and on the weekend when necessary to meet client needs.
6. Work as a member of a provider team that meets weekly. Participation in team meetings is mandatory and requires clinical caseworker to serve as facilitator and recorder on a rotating basis
7. Participates in weekly case staffings, child/family team meetings, and other meetings as needed with multi-disciplinary teams
8. Provide thorough documentation including FCT fidelity documentation and progress notes, monthly reports and assessments.
The FCT Clinical Caseworker position is expected to provide 40 hours or more per week including evenings and weekends as needed.

ABOUT THE JOB
The Mental Health Provider is responsible for treatment planning, assessments, appropriate documentation of clinical progress, and the delivery of evidence-based therapy modalities and interventions to meet the needs of individuals, couples, and families. In addition, Mental Health Providers can lead group sessions, educational workshops, and work closely with the clinical team in helping each patient reach their optimal health and assuring a streamlined coordination of care.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Clinical Duties (may include, but not limited to):
Patient centered, outcomes based, evidence-based psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families ages 12 years and older
Lead support groups and/or psychoeducation groups as appropriate
Create and deliver psychoeducational webinars and workshops related to mental health topics
Collaboration with other behavioral health and medical clinicians for integrated continuity of care for patients
Administrative Duties (may include, but not limited to):
Using computer applications, preferably Microsoft Office suite
Timely completion of documentation within EMR
Work to address other social needs of patients and utilize appropriate external and/or internal referral sources for specialty care, hospitalization, or advanced psychiatric assessments and treatments
QUALIFICATIONS
At least Master's level, licensed mental health clinician that includes but not limited to psychologists, licensed counselors, licensed social workers, and licensed marriage & family therapists among other specialties (LPC, LPCC, LISW, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, PsyD, and/or PhD)
If in process of independent licensure, will need to be licensed within 2 years of hire date
BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification or become certified upon hire
Required experience in providing counseling and mental health services, which may include evaluation, diagnosis, treatment of mental illness, and other psychological issues
Preferred 2 or more years' experience operating as an independently licensed behavioral health clinician
Preferred experience using evidence-based treatment to treat multiple behavioral health disorders, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, and PTSD
