Warehouse Assistant Job Description:
From 8am-12pm Monday-Friday, arrive at the warehouse in Englewood and report to the warehouse manager for assignments. Tasks include, but are not limited to: Organizing warehouse, pulling pallets with pallet jack, receiving and tearing down shipments, inventory counting, maintaining a clean warehouse, pulling orders and preparing/staging them for the drivers. Once a week deliver to a Denver liquor store and put their shipment away onto their shelves.
Occasionally, if a delivery driver is out sick, fill-in as delivery driver (as able) and assume that drivers assigned route. Could be anywhere along the I-25 corridor: Colorado Springs, Fort Collins, Boulder, Denver, or Aurora. We do not deliver past the front range.
Job Requirements:
Clean driving record and Colorado driver's License - (Commercial driving license

needed)
Ability to communicate in English clearly verbally and in reading/writing.
Ability to lift 30-50lbs boxes
Ability to get along with others, though it is generally a quiet position.
A typical day entails:
Arriving at the warehouse at 8am M-F. Report to warehouse manager. Warehouse manager will give instruction, but generally starts with pulling orders for that-day delivery. As the drivers arrive to the warehouse, continue helping them pull orders and get product onto their truck according to their route, double checking to make sure they have the correct items. Once the drivers leave, the warehouse manager takes stock of the warehouse- what needs to be pulled down from long-term storage to the floor, or what needs to be moved or consolidated for incoming shipments. If there are no special tasks, the warehouse assistant continues to pull orders for the following days deliveries. In addition, once a week, there will be a delivery to a Denver liquor store where the products will need to be put away on their shelves. Day ends at 12:00pm. Opportunities for additional hours may occur, but are not mandatory.

Hourly: $20/hour (more depending on experience)
Opportunity to train-up and become full-time driver should the opening occur.
