Job Details:
This is a 1099/per call position
Pay is based solely on the number of calls completed.
Calls start at $35 and go up based on distance traveled
Pay period: Every Friday after the first week worked
Tickets are run Monday-Friday during the day shift. Candidates must be regularly available a minimum of 3 weekdays to be considered.
Call volume is variable but is usually 2-5 calls per day
You will complete certifications from Dell and Lenovo as part of your onboarding. Certifications are online and free to you.
You must have a reliable form of transportation and a valid driver's license to run these calls. You will be visiting multiple work sites throughout your day.
You must have access to a computer and the Internet to log onto your portal each day.
You must be available to log into your tech portal each morning you are working by 9 am to code your calls and map out your route for the day.
The manufacturer has completed troubleshooting and shipped a part prior to your ticket being issued to you.
You will confirm service times with the customer in your tech portal. Services will be completed at the customer site (residential and commercial)
You will pick up parts daily from the assigned Fed Ex or UPS store for your territory before going onsite. Once all calls are completed for the day drop off the old parts with the pre-paid label that is provided.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (Job Overview):
When you join our team you will be utilizing your healthcare and/or customer service skills to assist with every step of the blood collection process at our fixed site locations. This includes collaborating with your team to create a welcoming and comfortable environment for volunteer donors, and following all safety procedures while collecting lifesaving blood donations that are delivered to hospitals.

Starting rate $19.00/hour. Pay may increase depending on experience
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (Minimum Qualifications):
Associates degree OR a combination of education and work experience is required.
Minimum of one year customer service experience in public setting is required.
A current, valid driver's license with a good driving record is required.
Physical requirements may include the ability to lift, push or pull heavy weights up and down ramps and stairs, good manual dexterity, the ability to sit or stand for long periods of time and adapt to long, irregular hours and frequent schedule changes are required.
Basic computer skills are required. Must be proficient with Microsoft office applications.

School psychologists provide a comprehensive range of services as described in the current standards from the National Association of School Psychologists. The school psychologist functions as part of the districtâ€s Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) team(s). The services provided should reflect the specific needs of the students, families, and schools served and address the following non-exhaustive list of duties, responsibilities, and expectations:
1. Utilizes varied models and methods of assessment and data collection for identifying strengths and needs of individual students and the broader school community, developing effective services and programs, and measuring progress and outcomes.
2. Serves as a member of the interdisciplinary assessment team assigned to each school and works as a team member in making placement decisions, developing intervention plans, and planning programs to meet the special needs of students.
3. The school psychologist, within the interdisciplinary team, completes comprehensive evaluations for initial evaluations to determine eligibility for special education services and re-evaluations to determine continued eligibility. Evaluations include gathering background information on the studentâ€s psychological and educational history, conducting behavioral observations, conducting interviews, administering age-appropriate assessment methods and materials, interpreting assessment results, compiling comprehensive psychological evaluation reports, and maintaining monthly service logs.
4. Communicates evaluation data and recommendations to teachers, parents, and other school personnel as needed, participates in eligibility meetings, and contributes to the development of the Individualized Education Plan (IEP).
5. Consults and collaborates with colleagues, students, families, and other stakeholders to promote effective implementation of services.
6. Serves as a liaison between the student, home, school, mental health facilities, and community resources to enhance academic and social-behavioral outcomes for children.
7. Provides information on intervention and instructional supports to develop academic skills, socialization, learning, and mental and behavioral health.
8. Develops and implements practices and strategies to create and maintain effective and supportive learning environments for children and others.
9. Participates in preventive and responsive services to promote safety and well-being through implementing effective crisis preparation, response, and recovery practices.
