Assist Accountants/Senior Accountants with tax projections and preparation of tax workpapers; may independently complete work for more complex projects/properties. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or CPA-eligible preferred). 5+ years of real estate, development, or property accounting experience. Strong understanding of GAAP and real estate reporting requirements. Experience drafting technical accounting memos preferred.
