Performs routine bookkeeping functions under the direct supervision of the business manager. Principal Accountabilities: Helps to maintain the financial bookkeeping system for the parish including accounts payable and receivable ledgers and financial statements. Sends and tracks sales at parish store, enters relevant data into inventory system. Maintains budget spreadsheets. Maintains bank accounts for parish, including processing check requests, assuring proper authorization for expenditures. Maintains records of parishioner's contributions and other money received. Prepares and mails yearly contribution statements.
