In this role, your responsibilities include adding vendor accounts, reconciliation of vendor accounts, coding and routing invoices for approval, correspondence with vendor and use of other AP systems. Responsibilities: Assign proper G/L coding and approval routing for invoices for ten subsidiaries based on FP&A budgeted reports in our A/P processing system Tipalti. Manage our A/P mailbox to pull invoices for processing and vendor correspondence. Set amortization schedules for prepaid invoices/contracts. Assist in processing expense reports and audits in Concur.
