Loveland City School District covers more than 16 miles and overlaps three counties-Hamilton, Clermont, and Warren. The District surrounds the City of Loveland

The Loveland City School's bus fleet serves more than 5,000 public and private school students daily. Our school buses travel 977 miles each day for private school

This includes checking orders, counting meals and beverages, loading and delivering meals, cases of Ensure, written materials, client contribution envelopes and other items. Will verify meal and beverage counts before leaving point of pick-up, notifying office of any discrepancies in the order, and arranging to rectify the order before beginning delivery of route.
(2) Responsible for delivering assigned routes in an efficient order, using mileage and time-saving techniques as established by Route Specialist and Driver Supervisor, informing office when route and/or directions need corrected, modified, or updated.
(3) Responsible for recording delivery information, and reporting client and/or route problems to appropriate staff. This includes completing daily delivery records by documenting actual times of client's meal delivery, recording odometer readings, recording actual time worked and mileage sheets, and completing driver observation reports as needed.
(4) Responsible for reporting client communications and/or client/route problems to appropriate staff on a daily basis and on a Driver Observation form as per program policy. This includes client cancellations, changes of status, and changes of client's living or health conditions. Reports all client emergencies to the office immediately.
(5) Responsible for adhering to safety and sanitation guidelines. This includes keeping sanitary, keeping bags strapped during delivery, keeping ice packs in coolers, following hand-washing procedures and keeping delivery vehicle clean and sanitary.
(6) Performs other departmental and agency functions as necessary. This includes assisting with the orientation and training of departmental staff, agency personnel, and visitors, attending agency functions, attending and participating in departmental and other meetings and committees as necessary and performing other assignments as required.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Work is primarily in client homes, apartment buildings, agency office and satellite locations. Work is generally performed between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., and may include weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Employee is required to travel in all types of weather conditions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be 18 years old; own a reliable vehicle, valid OhioDriver's License, acceptable driving record, and adequate vehicle insurance. Must be able to lift 45 pounds. Must be able to read, write, and navigate using a map. Preferred experience working with older adults and handicapped individuals.
