**Assembly Technician - 23.50/hr! - 1st Shift!** **Responsibilities** + Assemble rails, stairs, and treads for walkways using clips, bolts, nuts, and brackets. + Utilize a measuring tape and speed square to ensure precise alignment of components. + Interpret blueprints to accurately determine build specifications. + Employ electric and air-powered tools, including a Miter saw and band saw, with proficiency. + Input lengths and dimensions into a computer for automated measuring. + Glue parts together as required to complete assemblies. **Essential Skills** + Proficient use of tape measures and rulers. + Skilled in the use of hand and power tools. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints. + Driven with a desire to continually learn. + Experience in custom fabrication. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in custom fabrication is a plus. **Why Work Here?** We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a 401K with a 4% match, medical, dental, and vision coverage, company-paid long-term and short-term disability insurance, and 80 hours of paid time off immediately upon direct hire.
