    Establish and maintain an active research program in their area of expertise. Contribute to the teaching, planning, development, and evaluation of courses and academic programs within the department of Medical Anatomical Sciences, College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific ( COMP ). Promote, by precept and example, a general atmosphere of respect for knowledge, thought, and inquiry. Support students in the form of advisement as it relates to curriculum, wellness, and professional planning. The faculty member will engage in departmental, college, and university committees/services, with an expectation to additionally seek out ways to administratively support these bodies beyond appointments. Required Qualifications EDUCATION : Ph.D. degree in Anatomical Sciences, or equivalent degree, from an accredited institution of higher learning. Preferred Qualifications EXPERIENCE : Two years of post-doctoral experience, including teaching at an accredited institution of higher learning, as well as a track record of high-quality research and scientific publications. Preference will be given to those individuals possessing experience teaching at a medical institution.
