Position Overview
The Key Holder plays a critical role in supporting the store's success. You'll partner with store leadership to drive results, provide exceptional service, and open or close the store when needed. Key Responsibilities Sales & Customer Experience
Act as the floor ensuring goals are met and the team is focused
Deliver an exceptional customer experience through active selling, styling, and service

About the Team:
Our phenomenal Retail team interacts with our customers in a super special way. Shopping at Rothy's IRL is not your ordinary retail experience, so naturally, our staff is extraordinary too. Members of this team are experts in the fit, wear, and sizing of our shoes. They have deep knowledge of every style and out-of-this-world customer service skills. Our customers love shopping in stores due to the exceptional experiences they have with our Retail team.
We're looking for a Keyholder who has experience on the sales floor and can quickly learn our policy and procedures. If you're organized, proactive, and looking for a customer-oriented role, this might be the role for you!
What you'll do:
* Act as Manager on Duty when ASM and SM are not present.
* Learn all operational procedures and assist with all customer-related inquiries on the floor
* Oversee opening and closing procedures for the store
* Effectively communicate Rothy's brand story, values, and mission to our customers
* Support store leadership in communicating important updates to Retail Associates
* Assist in keeping the entry area, display area, and floor clean and tidy
* Supervise vendors for cleaning, in-store fixtures, or updates occurring at the store
* Share expert brand and product knowledge to allow customers to personally experience our style, look, and quality of our shoes
* Serve as a point person for all store associate questions and relay outstanding questions or issues to store leadership (Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager)
You have:
* You have had 2+ years of Retail, Hospitality, or a customer-oriented experience
* You have a positive attitude and a relentless focus on making sure our customers are happy
* You love collaborating and working in a team environment
* Availability to work full time, 5 days a week, including Fridays, weekends, evenings and holidays
You are:
* You are comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
* You are an excellent communicator
* You are a careful listener that thinks on their feet and can provide solutions in a timely manner

About the role:
The Retail Key Holder will work on the frontlines ensuring that every customer has a positive and comfortable experience. They will be an ambassador of Rhone and a representation of its principles (Gritty, Responsible, Evolving, Authentic, and Team Centered). The Key Holder will oversee other team members and open and close the store as needed. They should have a passion for fitness and living a healthy lifestyle.
What you'll do:
Act as the leader on the floor, driving store vision and purpose on the floor, as well as acting as the point of contact for all customer service and operational questions
Mentor team members by being visible and setting an example for what great customer experience and product knowledge looks like
Deliver in-the-moment feedback and recognition to Retail Sales Associates as needed, both new and tenured
Foster and support a productive employee culture
Gather feedback from customers, store team members, and via observation to report to store management team
Deliver results while putting the customer first and applying an omni-channel mindset
Build relationships with customers, team members and business partners
Be a Rhone product knowledge expert educating customers on features and benefits
Assess the customer's individual needs providing product recommendations
Maintain presentation of the sales floor, product, signage, and displays in accordance with Rhone's visual merchandising standards
Work with store management to ensure shipping and receiving are processed in accordance with Company standards
Maintain a neat and organized stockroom in accordance with Rhone's organizational standards
Take initiative by jumping in on any task, asking questions and sharing ideas
Demonstrate inclusive behavior across team and customers

Comfortable climbing ladders, moving around regularly, and standing for extended periods
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Key Responsibilities Sales & Customer Experience
Act as the floor ensuring goals are met and the team is focused
Deliver an exceptional customer experience through active selling, styling, and service
Support bra fittings and confidently recommend products to meet customer needs
Guide and coach associates in real time to improve selling behaviors and conversion

Team Support & Floor Leadership
Open and close the store as needed, following all procedures and checklists
Support new hire onboarding and ongoing associate development

Ensure the sales floor is well-organized, visually compelling, and fully stocked

This role requires the ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs., as well as frequent bending, standing, walking, and movement throughout the sales floor.
