Fully understand setup and operation of at least two machining field (mills, chucker lathes, swiss lathes, grinders, EDMs, etc) You Have: High School Diploma/GED or vocational equivalent. Minimum 3 years' experience in precision CNC Mill/Lathe machining within a manufacturing environment. Basic understanding of machine programming capabilities through CAD/CAM software. Basic understanding of GD&T and corresponding measurement tools relative to a precision machine shop environment (micrometers, verniers, drop gauges, optical comparators, etc.) Basic Knowledge of G & M codes. Proficiency in blueprint reading, quality inspection, creating preventive maintenance plans, mechanical troubleshooting, and lean manufacturing principles.
