Proficiency with SigmaNest and AutoCAD required; familiarity with other CAM systems (e.g. CAMPlus, CAMProX, SheetCam) a plus. Strong understanding of fabrication processes (cutting, bending, assembly). Experience with nesting, toolpath optimization, and CAD file preparation. Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and version control discipline. Strong communication and collaboration skills across Engineering, Production, and Quality. Monitor sales metrics, pipeline health, and customer feedback using INFOR CRM tools to forecast and identify opportunities, and implement corrective actions for underperforming areas. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to recommend product enhancements or expansions, ensuring the division remains competitive in the industrial machinery sector. Manage the division's budget, including sales incentives, travel expenses, and trade show participation, while optimizing resource allocation for maximum ROI. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies related to equipment sales, installations, and after-sales support. Conduct regular training and sales evaluations to identify and ensure appropriate sales progress, and foster a high-performance culture and drive motivation. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to promote brand visibility and generate leads for stamping and turret punch press solutions. And a minimum of some understanding of turret punch presses, or similar metal forming technologies. Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of stamping press with some understanding of turret punch press operations, including servo-driven, hydraulic, mechanical, and CNC systems, fabrication processes, and industry standards (e.g., ISO, OSHA). Sales Expertise: Proven track record of achieving multi-million-dollar revenue targets, managing complex sales cycles, and closing high-value contracts in competitive markets. Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and motivate sales teams, with experience in performance management, talent development, and fostering a results-driven culture.
