The Medication Assistant is responsible for the administration of medications to residents in accordance with established policies, procedures, and regulations. The Medication Assistant will ensure that all medications are dispensed accurately, safely, and in a timely manner. The Medication Assistant will work under the supervision of a licensed nurse and will communicate with residents, family members, and healthcare professionals as needed.

Requirements
Current Medication Aide Certification is required in the state of practice.

POSITION SUMMARY
The Golf Facility Aide performs general clerical, sales and public relations work in the Pro Shop in addition to outside duties when needed. May require independent judgment in the disposition of routine matters without direct supervision. Will work under the direct supervision of the Golf Facility Supervisor or Teaching Professional. Must adhere to all Arkansas State ABC and POA rules and regulations when serving alcohol.
REQUIREMENTS, ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides support for the department. In addition to other duties as assigned, will sell merchandise, collect fees, rent equipment, maintain inventories, account for receipts, keep shop clean and orderly and provide information to customers. Performs work under the supervision of the Facility Supervisor.
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
Greets members, checks membership cards, collects fees.
Sells merchandise including clothing and equipment.
Answers telephone and general inquiries.
Reconciles day's receipts, counts and sorts fees.
Prepares daily cash reports.
Maintains records regarding members and guests.
Stocks and prices merchandise, tallies inventory and cleans display cases.
Cleans shop and rearranges merchandise.
In certain golf shops you'll also be required to:
Prepare, organize, and clean food and beverage service area
Maintain driving range by conducting frequent outdoor tasks with various equipment
Adhere to all Arkansas State ABC and Bella Vista POA rules and regulations regarding the sale of alcohol and/or tobacco
