The Business Partner role provides leadership to our business-owner clients and our internal team of experts. This person must demonstrate strong business acumen, and possess an entrepreneurial spirit with a genuine desire to proactively and consistently deliver results for our clients and internal teams. The BBSI Business Partner is responsible for leading a multi-million dollar business unit that consults on a broad range of organizational development and operational issues. The primary objective of the Business Partner is to lead a team of subject matter experts in delivery of high-impact solutions that grow revenue and profits for small to mid-size clients as well as partner with client business owners to accelerate growth, reduce loss, and build better companies. The Business Partner will collaborate with client companies to educate, advise, and influence them on matters involving, but not limited to, cultural development, change management, strategic planning, and growth strategy. This position is a full time, exempt position that reports to the Area Manager and works in partnership with other positions within the business unit and branch. Requirements 1. Six Sigma (Black or Green Belt) or equivalent certification beneficial 19. Roughly 80% of time spent with clients at their location - primarily local 20. Extensive knowledge of MS Office Salary and Other Compensation: The starting salary range for this position is $100,000-125,000 annually. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography, skills, education, experience, certifications and other qualifications of the candidate. This position is also eligible for incentive pay in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan.
