Qualifications: * High School diploma or equivalency. * Two-year associate degree in technical field is a plus. * Plant process experience and/or Process Technology Degree/Certification a plus. * Experience in operations or military background preferred. * Electrical, instrument, or mechanical maintenance experience a plus. * Ability to read and interpret piping and instrumentation drawings. * Strong mechanical proficiency and/or military experience. * Teammate that is flexible and has a positive demeanor. * Must have strong computer literacy. * Strong oral and written communications skills. * Dedication to Safety Work Hours: * Available to work flexible shifts. * 12-hour shift schedule. * Willing to work overtime as needed. * Must be a self-starter and able to work alone. Physical Requirements: * Must be able to climb ladders and steps and lift a minimum of 50 lbs. * Will be exposed to high noise levels. * Be able to meet call-in requirements as needed. * Work at elevation required. At the beginning of 2024, the company operated over 2,800 producing wells throughout the Basin. In 2024, net production averaged 593 MBOED. Position Overview As a Production Specialist in our Delaware Basin operations, you'll serve as a field leader and mentor, supporting multi-skilled operators (MSOs) and optimizing production across both downhole and surface operations. You'll act as a liaison between Operations and technical support teams, drive continuous improvement, and promote safety and efficiency in all aspects of production. This role is ideal for a seasoned field professional who enjoys mentoring, problem-solving, and collaborating across disciplines. This is a Safety-Sensitive Position.
