What You'll Do
Read and interpret cabinetry drawings to guide your assembly
Use hand and power tools to connect parts, hardware, and components
Select and measure parts using a tape measure to ensure accuracy
Align doors, hinges, and hardware to build complex cabinet systems
Repair minor scratches and imperfections in laminated pieces
Inspect parts for quality throughout the assembly process
Operate scanning devices to track inventory of completed cabinets
Collaborate with teammates to meet production goals and deadlines
Requirements
Ability to read and understand technical drawings
Experience using hand tools, power tools, and (ideally) machines like wrappers and clamps

Reporting to the Production Manager, the LV Switchgear Wiring Technician role is responsible for prepping wiring subassemblies for our switchgear projects.
Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
What a typical day looks like:
Read and interpret work orders, manufacturing procedures, work instructions, wiring diagrams, and prints to manufacture wiring subassemblies for relay and control panels
Crimp, strip, cut, pull, and bundle wiring according to plans
Ensure wiring is properly labeled and marked
Connect cut wires to components, and routing the wire and cables in an orderly fashion
Ensure quality workmanship of all wires and components
Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly work area
Complete other duties as assigned
The experience we're looking to add to our team:
High school diploma or equivalent
1-2 years of experience in wiring or installing electrical components OR completion of a technical vocational program
Strong attention to detail and ability to perform work accurately
Knowledge of manufacturing, equipment maintenance, and safety management
Reading comprehension skills with the ability to interpret and follow written directions, blueprints, and engineering diagrams
Basic math skills to meet technical specifications and measurements
Basic understanding of tools (ex. Tape measure, impact drill, wire crimpers, etc.)
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of standing, bending, kneeling, and performing repetitive tasks.
