Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot, diagnose and complete repairs on all types of fleet and warehouse equipment including but not limited to: Electric Forklifts, Floor Scrubber, Electric Pallet Jacks, Company Pickup Truck, Pallet Moles, and Dock Door.
Performs preventative maintenance on all Fleet and dock doors using prescribed checklists along with identifying and reporting all unsafe conditions.
Complete work orders in a timely manner maintaining high quality standards Maintain a clean and safe work area.
Manage parts inventory and accurately charging parts and labor to work orders.
Perform inspections of work performed by outside vendors prior to putting back in-service
Perform mechanical repairs including engine, clutch, oil changes, greasing, transmission, brake repairs, tire changes hoses, belts, fluids and wiring, hydraulic systems, lighting, other electrical systems.
Respond to fleet service calls, pick-up and delivery of vehicles and parts.
Maintain shop tools and equipment to company standards.
Support other locations if needed.
Qualifications:

Experience with commercial truck repair in manufacturing environment preferred.
Mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting

Position Overview
As an A&P Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the airworthiness of aircraft by performing maintenance, preventive maintenance, and inspections in compliance with FAA regulations and company standards.
REQUIREMENTS:
Able to understand, read, and write English.
Experience with Boeing 737 MAX and Airbus A320
Thoroughly familiar with the applicable regulations in 14 CFR Part 121 and with the inspection methods, techniques, practices, aids, equipment, and tools used to determine the airworthiness of the article on which maintenance, preventive maintenance, or alterations are being performed; and proficient in using the various types of inspection equipment and visual inspection aids appropriate for the article being inspected.
A&P Technician must be authorized to approve an article for return to service under the repair station certificate and operations specifications must be certificated under 14 CFR Part 65.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
Assuring that shop equipment and tools used are in a serviceable working condition, and that required checks and calibrations have been accomplished on special tools and test equipment prior to use.
Ascertaining that necessary maintenance entries on maintenance forms and work orders for the assigned work function have been properly executed.
Maintaining the premises of the repair station in a clean and orderly manner.
Maintaining high-quality work in accordance with the Federal Aviation Regulations.
Observing the safety precautions relevant to any operation in the maintenance department.
Using required technical data (in accordance with the latest revisions) on all aircraft parts and components, and tooling, for the maintenance accomplished.
Assuring the proper handling of all parts while in the repair process and when the work is completed.
Maintaining the preservation of all units or parts during the work process, installation, and storage.
Will notify the Maintenance Manager of any discrepancies or un-airworthiness found during maintenance operations.
Will comply with all AD's, Service Bulletins, Advisory Circulars, EO's and sign for his or her work performed.

JOB DUTIES:
This is a highly responsible technical position requiring a skilled aircraftmechanic who holds a current Airframe and Powerplant License. Certification by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) authorizes maintenance and repair on modern sophisticated aircraft and turbine powered helicopters. Performs maintenance, preventive maintenance, rebuilding and alterations on assigned reciprocating engine aircraft and turbine engine helicopters as prescribed by applicable Federal Aviation Regulations; performs scheduled inspections on assigned aircraft; research files for applicable airworthiness directives and complies with them using computers, microfiche and paper manuals. Coordinates with the supervisor and pilots in analyzing reported malfunctions of aircraft and assists or performs the necessary repairs or adjustments to these discrepancies.
Deploys to field locations as necessary to provide mechanical, fuel and helibase support to deployed aircraft. Performs routine and emergency maintenance and repairs to maintenance facilities and ground support equipment.
Assists with building and ground maintenance, administrative tasks, property inventory, etc., as needed.

The Asphalt Plant Mechanic will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain fixed plant mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment including crushers, screens, conveyors, feeders, washing and classifying equipment, and other equipment used in the processing of aggregate products.
JOB DUTIES:
Able to work safe and follow all Federal and State laws and regulations as well as company policies.
Inspect equipment for safe and proper operation and perform preventative maintenance duties per manufacturer's specifications.
Inspect, diagnose, and perform repair and maintenance of all plant equipment, using a variety of hand tools, power tools, shop machines, hoists, etc.
Install and replace bearings, speed reducers, shafts, pulleys, idlers, motors, couplings, etc.
Make major repairs to crushers, changing jaw dies, bearings, bushings, crusher mantles, etc.
Repair conveyor belts, feeders, and hydraulic systems.
Proficiently work with outside contractors on special projects.
Have a willingness to operate individually or within the constraints of a team environment.
Available to work 6-days per week plus overtime.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
High School diploma or its equivalent is required.
Must possess a minimum of three years repair/maintenance experience at an asphalt plant.
Previous experience in operating various types of heavy mobile equipment is preferred but not required.
Requires solid knowledge and understanding of proper operation and capabilities of the equipment.
Must be able to recognize various products by sight and to understand proper plant operation.
Previous experience operating an asphalt plant desired.
Good mechanical repair, accurate math skills and communication skills are required. Previous computer experience is preferred.
A valid Florida Driver's License is required.

The Engineer reports to the Manager of Engineering. Essential Duties:
Ensures aircraft are engineered for maximum safety and reliability at minimum cost.
Engineers aircraft to ensure they remain in a continuously airworthy condition.
Writes detailed engineering orders authorizing modifications and non-standard repairs necessitated by regulatory, safety, or economic requirements.
Maintains close liaison with other departments and industry to assure that engineering and maintenance practices comply with, or surpass, policies and regulations of applicable government agencies.
Prepares aircraft Weight & Balance documents.
Analyzes and records component failures with a view to improving airworthiness and reducing financial costs.
Reviews and disseminates service bulletins, service letter, operator's letters and other data of this type.
Directs and controls various special projects as assigned by the Manager of Engineering.
Determines the proper course of action and initiates the applicable FCBS engineering documentation. Engineers are responsible for the quality of their work and any other work they have reviewed or approved.
Enters Engineering Authorization (EA) data into the electronic maintenance tracking program.
Develops Airworthiness Directive Analysis using established WGA process and procedures for existing and new FAA AD compliance.
Identifies Intervals and Methods of Airworthiness Directive Compliance.
Looks for and acts on opportunities to increase airline profit, increase block hours, decrease the cost per block hour and increase aircraft reliability.

Minimum Education/Experience/Skills:
A&P Certificate and/or Engineering Degree.

Maintenance Experience on the Boeing 747-400 and/or MD-11.

Experience in understanding, maintaining, and updating Aircraft Weight and Balance.
