Required Experience:
Class A: Master Mechanic with 5 years' experience on trucks, buses, or heavy equipment

Responsibilities Position Summary
As the Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Technician, you will impact PSA Airlines' business growth by conducting aviation repairs and services that allow for operations to be on time. By executing maintenance procedures in compliance with Federal Aviation Regulations and company standards, you are ensuring safe and reliable flights.
Job Responsibilities
Will perform tasks necessary to comply with Federal Aviation Regulations and accept the responsibility for work performed by themselves and/or in conjunction with others and sign for same on the Company's approved forms.
Keep work areas clean. Return all equipment and tools to assigned areas. A&P Technicians will report all inoperative or faulty equipment to the Maintenance Supervisor or Lead Mechanic in charge.
Work will consist of and include any and all phases of repair and maintenance of aircraft with the aid of the employee's own tools, specialty tools provided by the Company, the use of test equipment, and Company-supplied technical manuals.
In certain cases, and A&P Technician may be authorized to perform required inspection items and assist in Company training programs.
Will at the commencement of each repair or inspection initiate the proper documentation. Parts tags will include a complete description of the discrepancy on all removed parts. Determine if the work to be performed is a Required Inspection Item.
Verifying, through proper documentation, that any part installed on any aircraft or component is approved for that aircraft or component and has been visually inspected and is free of damage or contamination.
Assure that hangar workshops and other areas assigned are maintained in an orderly manner.
Responsible for the Company's Security and Safety Management System (SMS) and associated Safety Risk Management and Safety Assurance outputs.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor through the Lead Mechanic.
Position Specifics Qualifications
Current FAA Airframe and Powerplant certification.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid, state-issued Driver's License.
Capable of using respirators and other personal protective equipment including eye and hearing protection.
Must possess or have ability to obtain a U.S. Passport or equivalent within 90 days of starting position.

GoJet Airlines is seeking a dedicated and highly motivated Maintenance Supervisor to join our exceptional Maintenance team. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day maintenance operations to ensure the safety, efficiency, and compliance of our aircraft fleet. QUALIFICATION/REQUIREMENTS:
Hold a mechanic certificate with Airframe and Powerplant ratings.
Two (2) year experience in a supervisory position; preferred.
Five (5) years of aircraft maintenance experience.
Required to live in or relocate to the Richmond RIC area.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Remaining current with GoJet Airlines policies/procedures and CAMP and ensure personnel under his/her supervision comply with requirements.
Continuously updating Maintenance Control of aircraft status in his/her respective work area.
Ensuring work area is properly maintained and clean.
Ensuring maintenance in progress is accomplished in accordance with proper procedures and completed in the most effective and efficient manner.
Promoting safety as number one priority in both aircraft and personnel.
Reporting all accidents or incidents involving equipment and personnel to the appropriate manager.
Ensuring that the proper tools and equipment are available and utilized, and personnel are trained in their use.
Ensuring Calibrated equipment is maintained, in his assigned work area, in accordance with the Calibrated Tools and Test Equipment Program. (GMM1 CH 4)
Ensuring mechanics are utilizing appropriate technical data.
Reporting malfunctions of ground support equipment to Ground Maintenance and advise appropriate manager or director.
Ensuring any ground equipment, which is not functioning properly, is locked out and tagged.
Ensuring any maintenance, which is not completed, is properly recorded, and turned over to the next shift or individual.
Ensuring maintenance personnel do not exceed duty time limitations by monitoring their work schedules. (14CFR 121.377 and GMM1 CH1 Part 1.1)
Ensuring mechanics are in compliance with the OJT program. (MXTM CH3)
Authorizing and assigning duties to Maintenance Staff.
Ensuring technician compliance for the Maintenance Log Recording requirement.
Ensuring that any designated inspector utilized during his/her shift is authorized to complete assigned inspections.
Ensure potable water servicing equipment is maintained per GMM and maintain file of SWDA-02 forms for five (5) years. (GMM2 CH 11)
Maintenance Supervisors and Supervising Managers are responsible to inspect the toolboxes of all New-Hire personnel at the time of their arrival for personally owned tools that require calibration. (GMM 1-4.)

Responsibilities
Be knowledgeable of the hazards and safety requirements of the job, and utilize required personal protective equipment (welder's shield, etc.).

Responsibilities Position Summary
As the Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Technician, you will impact PSA Airlines' business growth by conducting aviation repairs and services that allow for operations to be on time. By executing maintenance procedures in compliance with Federal Aviation Regulations and company standards, you are ensuring safe and reliable flights.
Job Responsibilities
Will perform tasks necessary to comply with Federal Aviation Regulations and accept the responsibility for work performed by themselves and/or in conjunction with others and sign for same on the Company's approved forms.
Keep work areas clean. Return all equipment and tools to assigned areas. A&P Technicians will report all inoperative or faulty equipment to the Maintenance Supervisor or Lead Mechanic in charge.
Work will consist of and include any and all phases of repair and maintenance of aircraft with the aid of the employee's own tools, specialty tools provided by the Company, the use of test equipment, and Company-supplied technical manuals.
In certain cases, and A&P Technician may be authorized to perform required inspection items and assist in Company training programs.
Will at the commencement of each repair or inspection initiate the proper documentation. Parts tags will include a complete description of the discrepancy on all removed parts. Determine if the work to be performed is a Required Inspection Item.
Verifying, through proper documentation, that any part installed on any aircraft or component is approved for that aircraft or component and has been visually inspected and is free of damage or contamination.
Assure that hangar workshops and other areas assigned are maintained in an orderly manner.
Responsible for the Company's Security and Safety Management System (SMS) and associated Safety Risk Management and Safety Assurance outputs.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor through the Lead Mechanic.
Position Specifics Qualifications
Required
Current FAA Airframe and Powerplant certification.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid, state-issued Driver's License.
Capable of using respirators and other personal protective equipment including eye and hearing protection.
Must possess or have ability to obtain a U.S. Passport or equivalent within 90 days of starting position.
Must be able to speak, read, and write in English.
Must be able to demonstrate authorization to work in the U.S.
Preferred
Previous experience with CRJs

Leads a team in the performance of aircraft maintenance, inspections, and scheduled / unscheduled maintenance. Processes the technical experience to supervise subordinate mechanics and provide technical guidance on maintenance operations on the airframe being supported. Capable of performing, supervising and inspecting the duties of Mechanic Is, IIs and IIIs. A person in this position maintains repairs and modifies aircraft structures, structural components and engines of complex to extreme difficulty, maintains and repairs aircraft components including but not limited to flight controls, engines, hydraulics, pneumatics, fuel systems and mechanical components, and applies technical knowledge of airframe and power plant systems in determining equipment malfunctions and applies technical expertise in restoring equipment condition and operation. This worker also applies professional technical expertise and guidance to solve complex problems by interpreting technical data such as blueprints or manufactures' manuals. Work typically requires a thoroughly comprehensive knowledge of aircraftmechanical component troubleshooting/repair procedures and replacement of components, a thorough knowledge of aircraft sheet metal/structural modification and repair and the ability to determine functionality of non-complex electrical systems. A detailed knowledge of aircraft unique tools such as test equipment, torque wrenches, dial indicators, micrometers, cable tensiometers, sheet metal brakes and sheers, etc. is required. Naval Aviation Maintenance Control Management for Optimized Organization Maintenance Activity course (C-555-0053) or if previously completed, both the Naval Aviation Maintenance Control Management course (Course D/E-555-0040) and the Naval Aviation Officer and Senior Supervisor NALCOMIS OOMA Familiarization course (Course D/E-555-0054).
Familiarity and ability to use NAVAIR IETMS.
Advanced Corrosion Control Course/Paint and Final Finish

Aircraft maintenance qualification with five or more years aviation maintenance experience
Must be able to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift or as required.

Employees receive a Health and Welfare benefit of $8.00 per hour paid up to 80 hours on a bi-weekly basis.
