Works directly with TM client and internal team members to provide first point of contact support to their TM service needs. As the first point of contact, this position is responsible for the assessment of need, determining best approach to address client concerns, and working with the client to remedy any issues associated with TM services. Will focus on issues resolution and high client satisfaction as well as escalation of convers when immediate servicing needs cannot be accomplished.
