    Job Description Job Title: Phlebotomist I Schedule: 7:00am - 4:00pm (Days vary) Starting Pay Rate: $22.00 / Hourly + (based on experience) Dean's Professional Services is actively seeking a Patient Services Representative I (PSR I) who serves as the face of our organization, providing exceptional service to patients visiting for routine health checks or critical diagnostic needs. The PSR I is a key representative of our company, providing high-quality care and service to patients during critical health interactions. Responsibilities: Ability to provide quality, error-free work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently with minimal on-site supervision. Excellent phlebotomy skills to include pediatric and geriatric. Flexible and available based on staffing needs, which include weekends, holidays, on-call and overtime. Must be able to make decisions based on established procedures and exercise good judgment. Travel and flexible hours required to work multiple locations and required to cover at Patient Service Center/In-Office Phlebotomy locations with minimal notice. Capable of handling multiple priorities in a high-volume setting. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required Phlebotomy certification preferred ( Required in CA, NV, and WA ) Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred Minimum of 6 months experience REQUIRED.
