• Prepares work to be accomplished by studying assembly instructions, blueprint specifications, and parts lists; gathering parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials.
• Positions parts and subassemblies by using templates or reading measurements.

We are looking for a skilled assembler to perform a variety of tasks as assigned in conjunction with the assembly of our product. You will ensure all parts fit correctly and are suitable for the final product. This position is responsible for safely performing high-level continuous work to quality standards. Intermediate Tasks: Perform tasks such as potting, encapsulating, sanding, cleaning, epoxy bonding, stamping, and color-coding parts and assemblies.
Adjustments: Trim materials from components to achieve specified electrical or dimensional characteristics.
Testing: Perform online go-no-go testing and inspection to ensure parts and assemblies meet production specifications and standards.
Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned.
Your Profile / Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or GED required.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience.
Technical Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong mechanical skills and understanding of mechanical systems, ability to read and comprehend technical documents, blueprints, and schematics.
Physical Demands: Physical strength and stamina for lifting heavy parts and prolonged standing or crouching. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. more than 25% of the time but less than 75% of the time.
