The advanced practitioner in this role will perform initial history and follow-up examinations and provide ongoing care, order diagnostic tests and consultations, and provide education and counseling to patients and families. Excellent communication skills are required with patients, colleagues, and providers. Requirements include: NYS-licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
