LaunchSquad's Content Studio needs a strong Writer and Editor to develop, write, and edit custom content for emerging and established B2B technology brands. The Writer/Editor will partner with Editorial Directors, Account Leads, and clients to create high-quality content-from thought leadership articles and white papers to blog posts, web copy, and social content. The ideal candidate has experience covering enterprise technology topics like cybersecurity, AI, data, and DevOps, and can confidently lead client conversations, shape editorial storylines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
We're looking for someone with strong editorial instincts who still loves to write original content from scratch. They can turn complex ideas into compelling stories, build editorial calendars that align with brand and program strategy, and maintain consistent quality across various content formats and distribution channels. They're comfortable working with multidisciplinary teams and managing editorial projects from concept to completion.Responsibilities
Write and edit content, including long-form articles, white papers, blog posts, case studies, and social copy
Edit and proofread content-yours and others - for story, structure, clarity, and accuracy
Interview executives and subject-matter experts to develop storylines and industry perspectives for owned content initiatives
Develop and manage editorial calendars that support integrated program goals
Work directly with clients to understand their priorities, anticipate content needs, and make thoughtful editorial recommendations that move programs forward
Balance multiple projects and deadlines across 4-5 accounts and industries simultaneously
Partner with a multidisciplinary team to deliver strategic communications programs with original content at the forefront
Requirements
4-7+ years of experience in journalism, content marketing, or communications, primarily focused on B2B technology
Strong portfolio of writing and editing that demonstrates storytelling skills
Experience interviewing executives and external sources and translating complex technical information into accessible writing
Proven ability to manage multiple client projects and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Experience optimizing content for SEO/GEO, LinkedIn publishing, and other digital channels

What You'll Do
Write and update nursing and health professions content in several formats for point-of-care.

Join an exciting, established and internationally respected rapidly growing PR agency looking for a Proposal Writer to support our Sales team and Directors. You will manage specific project assignments and identify needed content and research to formulate client proposals to win new business. This position can be performed remotely.
Proposal Writer Duties and Responsibilities:
· Write and Edit Proposals: Effectively convey information about prospective client needs and PR campaigns, understanding and presenting the nuances of how potential clients can tap into the power of earned media and digital media to grow their businesses. This position must handle multiple revisions, edit and re-edit proposal sections as needed, and ensure that proposals maintain a consistent tone and voice.
· Conduct Research: This position will develop proposals by assembling information including project nature, objectives/outcomes/deliverables, implementation, methods, timetable, staffing, budget, standards of performance, and evaluation; writing, revising, and editing drafts including executive summaries, conclusions, and organization credentials.
· Own & Manage the Project: This position will accomplish organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
· Skills and Qualifications:
· 2-4 years proposal writing experience
· Strong communication and writing skills
· Organization, time management, and presentation skills
· Expert in all Microsoft product, especially PowerPoint. Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Suite, image design software, WPM 60+, digital marketing software experience is a plus.
· Detail-oriented and team player
· Strong organizational and decision-making skills.
· Take the extra mile to meet deadlines and work both independently and in groups.
· Strong interpersonal skills and ability to multi-task are essential
· Deadline-Oriented and Process Improvement skills
· Strategic Planning and Market Knowledge
· Salesforce experience is a plus

· Able to demonstrate highly proficient writing skills Proven experience in business-to-business marketing communications
· Successful track record in developing highly effective and innovative campaigns
· Minimum of 3 years in a strategic marketing communications position
· Knowledge of print and digital marketing communications tools and techniques and related developments like social media and campaign marketing
· Strong writing skills
· Strong market awareness
· Basic IT awareness and skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
· Create and edit company communications including data sheets, brochures, customer success stories, web content, advertising copy, sales presentations, sales communications tools
· Excellent organizations practices with attention to detail
