The Purchasing Projects & Buying Systems Analyst is responsible for a variety of tasks including: following, upholding, and optimizing departmental standard processes. This role requires the ability to work independently with a high attention to detail as well as technical expertise in at least one system or data tool (Excel VBA, Power BI, etc.). This role supports the department by working on multiple projects simultaneously, suggesting optimization opportunities, and facilitating system quality tests and rollouts. This position will generate reports on a variety of topics and will be required to process map and project plan to ensure deadlines are met. The Analyst will liaise with multiple stakeholders within the business as well as external business partners, such as Suppliers and Service Providers.
