The Operations Manager is responsible for overall site production operations. Creates a work environment which promotes safety, quality, delivery, and cost-effectiveness. Responsibilities:
Directly, and through delegation, coordinates activities required to assure safety, quality, delivery, and cost meet specified targets.
Assures the compliance of behavior-based safety initiatives and continuously improves safety performance.

Directs the efforts of plant supervision to ensure the consistent application of human resource policies, procedures, and plant rules. Assures adherence to safety accountability guidelines.
Coaches and mentors team members to assure their ongoing development
Stays abreast of new trends and developments in methods, techniques, equipment, tools, materials, and supplies, which might be incorporated into the production process to increase efficiency or better use of resources. Researches and recommends capital equipment purchases.
Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
A hands-on leader that is a role model with high integrity, positive influence, and strong business acumen that embraces change and change management, possesses a continuous improvement mindset, and has a passion for exceeding customer and company expectations.
Degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology or Business or equivalent 10 years of staff level leadership experience.
Minimum of 7 years' experience in Operations Management and/or Lean Management.
Printing industry experience is preferred.
Experience in being a change agent in complex transformational activities.
Significant experience in implementation of Lean principals as they apply to manufacturing operations.
Ability to apply structured problem-solving methodologies to determine root cause of problems and provide effective countermeasures.

About the Role
As the Demand Planner, you are a partner with supply chain, customer operations and finance in supporting our S&OP process. You have deep experience in developing and maintaining an item-level SKU forecast using statistical forecasting methodologies in collaboration with internal sales channel leaders and brand marketing. Most forecasting is performed in excel but you will need a strong understanding of additional data sources, including customer feedback, retailer provided replenishment data, Shopify, seller central and PowerBI.You need a proven track record of analyzing actual sales results versus the demand plan and working closely with sales and brand teams to identify trends, refining the demand plan as part of an S&OP process. Prepares demand forecasts by item for specific customers or sales channels using statistical forecasting methods.
Develop the aggregate demand plan and support assumptions of product lines for the monthly sales and operations planning process.
Maintain a rolling 12-month forecast by SKU that is a combination of the extended forecast for all active / inactive items (in transition) with input from Design & Innovation, Brand Leaders, and Channel Leaders.
Participate in the monthly Sales & Operations Planning process with Brand and Channel Leaders, Purchasing and Planning in support of a review with the CURiO Senior Leadership Team.

Position Summary
Position is responsible for the construction of stators, assemblies, and systems for new and existing products. Evaluates and troubleshoots manufacturing methods while working. Collaborates with development engineering to ensure all customer requirements are achieved. Leads product development projects and collaborates with the cross-functional team to ensure assembly processes, materials and tooling are effective to produce prototypes. Lead in the development of prototype tooling, methods and training to effectively deliver stators, motors and other electromagnetic components.

• Lead in the execution of existing and new manufacturing and assembly processes through every step of the process flow.
• Follow the NPI Stage Gate process by executing the following:
o Ensure manufacturing output accommodates and meets final customer requirements.
o Works with design to ensure all materials, tooling, fixturing, adhesives, materials, methods of manufacturing, are adequate and achievable and ensure safety and quality are taken into consideration.
o Create high quality protype hardware at a mastery level
