What You'll Do Assist in collecting, cleaning, and transforming data from multiple internal systems (e.g., CRM, case management tools) Support cross-functional teams by translating business questions into technical data queries Maintain and optimize dashboards to track performance, outcomes, and operational trends Contribute to the development and testing of data automation scripts and reporting pipelines Help ensure data accuracy through routine validation and quality checks Collaborate with stakeholders on ad-hoc reporting needs and documentation What We're Looking For Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Data Science) Exposure to SQL, Python, and Snowflake for data querying and analysis Familiarity with Excel and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI Comfortable working with large datasets and performing quality assurance Effective communicator who is curious, organized, and eager to learn in a collaborative environment Preferred but Not Required Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems Exposure to data preparation tools (e.g., Tableau Prep, Alteryx) or RPA platforms like UiPath Interest in text analysis or natural language processing tools
