We are hiring an Accounting & Payment Operations Lead to own the execution, accuracy, and reporting of how funds move through the platform.
This role sits at the intersection of payments, accounting operations, and platform performance. You will ensure athlete payouts are processed accurately and on time, customer-funded programs are tracked clearly, and payment workflows operate with strong controls and transparency.
This is not a traditional bookkeeping role. It is an operational ownership role focused on running and improving complex payment and fund-management workflows inside a marketplace platform.
Key Responsibilities
Platform Payment Operations
Execute daily and weekly payment processing for market seeding programs and athlete payouts.
Manage high-volume payment activity across multiple tools and vendors.
Monitor payment queues, exceptions, reversals, and timing issues; resolve efficiently.
Reconcile payment activity across the platform, bank accounts, and third-party providers.
Maintain accurate, audit-ready documentation of payment workflows.
Platform Funds & Program Performance
Own tracking and reporting of marketing seeding programs flowing through the platform.
Monitor how funds are allocated, deployed, and depleted across athlete payouts.
Maintain recurring reporting on:
Athlete payouts by program
Program-level fund usage and remaining balances
Timing and pacing of funds relative to program commitments
Act as the source of truth for program-level financial activity inside the platform.
Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure platform fund usage aligns with program intent and customer expectations.
Tax & Compliance Operations
Coordinate preparation and filing of required tax forms (1099s, 1042-S, and related filings).
Ensure athlete payouts comply with IRS requirements and internal controls.
Maintain athlete and customer tax documentation within the platform.
Partner with external accounting and tax vendors as needed.
Process Improvement & Controls
Identify risks, inefficiencies, and gaps in payment and fund-tracking workflows.
Build and maintain checklists, controls, and QA processes to reduce errors.
Collaborate with Product, Support, and Engineering to improve tools and workflows.
Provide operational input into future platform enhancements.
Vendor, Bank & Partner Coordination
Coordinate with banking partners and payment vendors to ensure smooth processing.
Track processing timelines, SLAs, and issue resolution.
Support customers with custom funding or payout structures.
Who You Are

Required Qualifications
2-5 years experience in accounting operations, payments operations, or financial operations.
Hands-on experience processing payments, reconciliations, and managing exceptions.
Comfortable owning workflows end-to-end with minimal supervision.
Strong grasp of internal controls and compliance basics.
Experience coordinating with external vendors or partners.
Solid Excel / Sheets skills and confidence working across multiple systems.
Nice to Have
Experience with 1099 / 1042-S workflows, contractor/creator payments, or marketplace payouts.
Exposure to fintech tools, payout platforms, or multi-party payment systems.
SaaS / marketplace background where money moves through a platform.
Light SQL / analytics experience (helpful, not required).

Position Summary
The Parking Operations Lead will oversee the full setup, coordination, and execution of parking operations for the 2026 BNP Paribas Open in Indian Wells. This role will focus on preparing all parking areas, traffic flow plans, staffing logistics, and operational infrastructure over a three-month period leading up to the event. The ideal candidate will have strong logistical and leadership skills, with prior experience managing large-scale event parking or transportation operations.
This role will pay an hourly rate of $24.00

Responsibilities
Lead the on-the-ground setup of all parking lots, ensuring accurate layout and alignment according to event site maps.
Measure, mark, and delineate parking spaces, roadways, pedestrian paths, and restricted zones using cones, paint, signage, and barriers.
Operate light machinery and hand tools such as drills, post drivers, paint stripers, and utility carts to install signage and fencing.
Install directional, informational, and safety signage throughout all parking and traffic areas.
Set up temporary fencing, barricades, lighting towers, and shade structures as .
Coordinate the placement of portable restrooms, ticket booths, and staff stations within assigned lots.
Inspect all installations to ensure safety, durability, and compliance with event standards.
Oversee delivery, inventory, and staging of equipment and supplies such as cones, signs, barricades, and radios.
Maintain tools and materials in good working condition and ensure they are properly stored and secured.
Troubleshoot on-site issues such as damaged signage, uneven surfaces, or lighting malfunctions and perform basic repairs or adjustments.
Supervise and work alongside crew members during setup, maintenance, and teardown of parking lots.
Train staff on safe tool use, lifting techniques, and proper installation procedures.
Ensure all work meets safety protocols and deadlines as event day approaches.
Conduct regular inspections of parking areas during setup to confirm accuracy and readiness for public use.
Coordinate with event management and traffic control teams to verify routes, signage placement, and flow patterns.
Participate in final site walk-throughs to confirm all infrastructure is complete and functional before opening day.
Lead the teardown and removal of signage, fencing, and equipment after the event.
Restore parking areas to their original condition and document any damage or maintenance needs.
Qualifications
2-4 years of experience in event operations, parking management, or large-scale transportation logistics.
Proven leadership and supervisory experience in high-volume environments.
Strong understanding of traffic flow design, signage, and crowd/vehicle management.
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work outdoors and in variable conditions for extended periods.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar project management tools.
Valid driver's license required; ability to operate utility vehicles or golf carts preferred.
Experience with sporting events, festivals, or similar large-scale events highly desirable.

Position Overview
The Lead Digital Press Operator is responsible for leading and providing guidance to the Digital Operators within production procedures and practices. The Lead should be responsible for all aspects of operating digital printing equipment and continuously meet/exceed productivity and quality standards and demonstrate this standard amongst the team. Daily activity will include material handling and finishing as assigned. At a Lead level, the operator will act as a resource to Operators and Sr Operators, and lead in trouble shooting. Complete jobs according to customer specifications in a timely and accurate manner.
Monitor production output throughout the run for quality.
Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal printing conditions.
Ensures materials for the job are in stock and available for production.
Properly document production information to account for all labor and materials consumed on a job.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.

JOB PURPOSE: The Production Supervisor is responsible for all daily manufacturing activities inclusive of meeting daily delivery schedules, ensuring acceptable quality and maintaining a safe and positive work environment. Supervises the activities of manufacturing personnel engaged in all facets of the manufacturing function. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:
Bachelor's degree in engineering or manufacturing management strongly encouraged, MBA a plus.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
3+ years in manufacturing leadership in progressive roles; 5+ years in a manufacturing environment.
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: (Preferred qualifications)
* Six-sigma Green/Black Belt Certification and Lean Certification a plus
* Knowledge of Fiber Optic Industry desirable
* Critical thinking, problem solving, and problem resolution skills
* SAP Experience preferred
* Proficient in MS Office Excel, Word and Power Point; Acute ability to understand and use data for continuous improvement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Scheduling personnel to ensure maximization of daily labor costs in accordance with all production scheduling requirements.
* Solely responsible for the scheduling of overtime, Paid Time Off and planning for training needs.
* Ensuring that all scheduled machines are operated efficiently and within all specified guidelines.
* At a minimum, ensuring all critical Key Process Indicators (KPIs) are met. For example, scrap and remake reduction targets, safety, FPY, OEE and OTD.
* Ensure that all daily, weekly and monthly TPM, 6S Audits and Standard work are fulfilled on time and as expected.
* Maintaining a consistent state of rigor and discipline coupled with unquestionable fairness and consistency.
* Ensuring that related company and plant policies and procedures are followed and exhibiting fair and consistent behavior relative to taking disciplinary measures when necessary.
* Responsible for communicating / coordinating with other Production Supervisors, Planning, Procurement, Process Engineering, Maintenance and Quality to ensure production demands are fully supported and delivery expectations are met in an efficient and cost-effective manner. Additionally, will be fully responsible for upholding the voice of the customer and to support full compliance with all TL9000 and ISO manufacturing and safety requirements.
* Fully discloses all problems, issues and concerns regarding priorities with the previous and incoming shift Supervisors as well as Operations Manager. Daily shift and cell communication with Leads and shift Associates. Communicate issues and concerns with Material Management, Process Engineering, QA, Maintenance and Safety. Responsible for value-added sharing at daily shift and plant established meetings.
* Ensures (directly and via Leads) that all scheduled equipment is in acceptable operational condition prior to the manufacture of any product and reports all non-compliances to Maintenance Management. Subsequently will ensure that staffing and machine assignments are reflective of trained personnel.
* Assists Leads and Associates with diagnosis and correction of machine, product, and paperwork problems. Guides and maintains full responsibility for all operational decisions; ensures maintenance work orders are written in a timely manner and provides follow up to ensure expectations are met. Leads the notification of Operations Manager, Maintenance, and Engineering when equipment, process, or production problems cannot be corrected by the manufacturing team.
* Conducts immediate root cause analyses when non-conformances occur using the 8-Step and 5-Whys corrective action methodologies. Preparing detailed analysis indicating how and why issues (non-conformances, accidents, breakdowns) occurred and what will be done to prevent future reoccurrence.
* Reviews and prepares safety reports coupled with immediate phone notification to management (EH&S, Operations, GM and HR) whenever accidents occur. Issue disciplinary action when deemed necessary per company and plant policies. Completes weekly E-Time prior to Sundays at 11pm. Completes and submits all shift performance reports to Operations Manager. Responsible for guaranteeing full review (cell meetings) and acknowledgement of procedural and material changes. Supports the needs of the end of the month inventory needs.
* Must be willing to develop Leads and Operators to grow to the next step, and show active behavior supporting this effort quarterly. Clear understanding that shift hours while established may not be the norm relative to attendance. Supervisors are expected to fulfill their duties completely on a daily basis which oftentimes will warrant working beyond an 8-9 day. Additionally, each supervisor can be expected to be required to be in attendance on scheduled weekends when deemed necessary
