Independence of Action; Supervision Received: The Permit Technician works under the general supervision of the Chief Building Official and/or Planning and Zoning Director. Under the direction of the Chief Building Official and/or Planning and Zoning Director, may work with external vendors, applicants, agencies, and others to provide accurate services. V.
