He previously served as president and COO of Apex from 2009 to 2016.Mark serves on the boards of the American Council on Renewable Energy (ACORE) and Advanced Energy Economy (AEE). From 2005 to 2009, he was a director at Horizon Wind Energy/EDPR. Prior to Horizon, Mark worked for the North American sales subsidiary of Vestas Wind Systems.Mark is a former naval officer and helicopter pilot. He holds a BS in aerospace engineering from the U.S. Naval Academy and an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
