The ApplicationEngineer is an inside and technical sales position for custom molded products. The AE will handle incoming leads for custom molded parts from start to finish of the initial sales cycle, as well as monitoring the progress of new projects. The AE will also be a first contact for technical and quality issues from the customer. When a customer needs to escalate an issue with an order, the AE will be responsible for addressing these concerns. The AE will occasionally travel to visit customers and make regular check in calls with key accounts.
