As an Outbound Sales Representative, you will play a key role in educating prospective clients, building meaningful relationships, and driving revenue through solution-focused consultative sales. You'll engage with leads via outbound and inbound calls, texts, emails, and social media to understand their goals and recommend aesthetic treatments that align with their needs. Location: 1301 Dove St., Suite 670, Newport Beach, CA 92660 Schedule: Monday to Friday Compensation: $18+/hourly with commission (base on experience) What You Will Do: Initiate outbound calls to company-provided leads, building trust and rapport with prospective customers. Drive clients to book consultations at our center (for comprehensive consultations, i.e., “You Reviews”) and ensure a smooth handoff to the treatment team. Conduct thorough phone consultations to understand customer needs, goals, and product requirements when applicable. Sell treatments, memberships, and promotional packages to clients. Achieve and exceed individual sales goals through proactive outreach, consultative selling, and effective follow-up. Educate clients on financing or payment plan options and guide them through the process when needed. Foster long-term customer relationships by delivering exceptional service, communication, and ongoing support. Assist clients with scheduling, coordinating orders or services, and ensuring smooth handoffs to internal teams. Honor and respect the diversity of clients and uphold their individual rights to care and fair treatment. Collaborate with patient care coordinators, service technicians, medical staff, and leadership to ensure seamless customer experiences. Work cross-functionally to resolve concerns, enhance satisfaction, and maintain brand standards. Stay up to date on product lines, services, competitive offerings, and industry trends to provide accurate information. Prepare accurate quotes, proposals, and sales orders. Track leads, interactions, and sales activity. Qualifications: High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred. Minimum 3 years of consultative sales experience in high-ticket, luxury retail, beauty, or aesthetic dermatology. Previous experience in the aesthetic or retail industry is highly desirable.
