Perform routine maintenance on water treatment systems (salt, filters, RO sanitization).
Complete service calls efficiently and professionally.
Engage with customers, address concerns, and explain system performance.

Repair and maintain CNC machinery
Perform repair of various plant equipment
Complete diagnostic and repair work on electrical and mechanical systems
Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems, including actuators, valves, pumps, and filters
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems, including ball screws, linear rails, guideways, and gearboxes
Perform some CNC operations when needed
Requirements of the CNC maintenance mechanic:
High school diploma or equivalency certificate required
Minimum of 2 years' experience in an industrial discipline operating or repairing machines, equipment, or facility systems
At least 3 years of hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical repair experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience with one or more CNC control systems such as Okuma, Fanuc, etc.

About the role.
What you'll be doing.
The Industrial Mechanic is responsible for the care, maintenance and continued operability of the facility and all associated equipment in accordance with quality specifications, federal guidelines and company policies.
This role works in a manufacturing environment with potential exposure to loud noises, strong odors, temperature fluctuations, moving machinery, wet or humid conditions, hazardous chemicals, high or confined areas, extreme temperatures, and vibration throughout various facility areas. This role also regularly engages in prolonged standing, walking, communicating, and sensory tasks throughout each shift, while frequently handling objects, climbing, balancing, and performing various physical movements such as stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling as part of job duties. The use of close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus is required.
Available Shifts: AM Shift (6AM-6PM) or PM Shift (6PM-6AM) on a 2-2-3 schedule.
What you'll need to be successful.
High school diploma or equivalent required, 2-year technical college/associate's degree preferred.
Minimum of 2 years working in a mechanical capacity required, experience in a manufacturing environment strongly preferred.
Working knowledge of food processing equipment strongly preferred.
Strong electrical and mechanical knowledge with experience in PLC programming, robotics, variable speed drives, servo controls, and process controllers is preferred.
Proficient in basic metalworking, including TIG welding and metal fabrication; experience operating lathes, mills, shears, brakes, and ironworker equipment is a plus.
Maintains a continuous learning mindset and adapts quickly to new equipment, processes, and roles.
Demonstrates strong technical ability with a digital-first approach, embracing new technologies and accurately entering data.
Communicates clearly with all levels of the organization, follows instructions (written/oral/diagram form), and completes necessary documentation independently in English.
Pays close attention to detail, prioritizing product quality, safety, and accurate record-keeping.
Physically capable of meeting job requirements and consistently brings a positive, team-focused attitude to work.

Statement of Job
Maintain site assets by performing mechanical and general electrical maintenance, modifying and assembling equipment as needed, and supporting the safe, efficient operation of plant systems. This role is responsible for the care, maintenance, and operability of all associated equipment in accordance with safety and quality specifications, regulatory guidelines, and company policies, with minimal supervision.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
Perform scheduled and emergency mechanical and general electrical maintenance on plant equipment
Troubleshoot, repair, install, adjust, and fabricate equipment and systems
Support plant safety programs and comply with OSHA, NEC/NFPA 70E, and food safety standards
Maintain clean work areas and accurate maintenance records within the CMMS system
Participate in continuous improvement and reliability-centered maintenance activities
Lubricate assets using precision lubrication techniques
Provide technical support to team members and respond efficiently to trouble calls
Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and contractors as needed
Obtain and maintain forklift certification
Perform other duties as assigned
Special Requirements
Strong mechanical aptitude, electrical fundamentals, and ability to work independently
Physically capable of performing demanding work, including awkward positions
Ability to work safely around noise, chemicals, and outdoor conditions
Must supply own tools required to perform maintenance tasks
Journeyman-level Industrial MaintenanceTechnician or Millwright certification, or equivalent experience
Basic knowledge of 480V three-phase power, power distribution, control wiring, PLCs, and VFDs
Basic electrical troubleshooting skills, including component replacement and VFD fault recognition
No PLC, VFD, servo, or instrumentation programming responsibilities; may include coder setup
Ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings and schematics
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Compliance with PPE, GMP, and food safety requirements

What you will be doing:
Perform maintenance and diagnostics for heating and cooling equipment while providing exceptional customer service, professionalism, and friendly demeanor.
Perform routine maintenance on heating and cooling systems
Communicate with customers, presenting recap of work performed as well as other solutions that are in line with issues shared by the customer.
HVAC License and or local certification requirements
What you have to offer:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Current and Valid Driver's license
Acceptable driving history
Ability to lift up to 100 pounds
