The QA/QC Commissioning Associate assists the QA/QC Engineer to ensure that the correct equipment has been purchased and that installation is in accordance with industry standards and equipment specifications. This role will develop skills and industry knowledge to perform increasingly more complex commissioning tasks.

Develop QA/QC documents of the complete project including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations, permanent materials delivered, and other important QA/QC documents
Follow all standards to perform inspection and tests on all procedures and oversee all testing methods and maintain high standards of quality for all processes
Review the quality of all materials at the site and ensure compliance with all project specifications and quality and collaborate with the department for all material procurement and maintain a quality of materials
Support the effective implementation of all test and inspection schedules and ensure adherence to all procedures and coordinate with various teams to perform quality audits on processes
Assist employees to ensure knowledge of all quality standards and ensure compliance to all quality manuals and procedures and collaborate with contractors and suppliers to maintain the quality of all systems
Manage to lift all types of equipment and handle the efficient storage of all hazardous materials and perform quality audits as per the required schedule
Understand all products and non-conformance processes and evaluate all documents to ensure the maintenance of optimal quality and prepare monthly reports to evaluate performance
Monitor an efficient system and record for all project activities and analyze all processes to ensure all work according to quality requirements
Understand all work methods and maintain knowledge on all quality assurance standards and monitor continuous application for all quality assurance processes and recommend corrective actions for all processes
Support and follow a method statement for the activity including risk assessment and job safety environmental analysis and Inspection Test Plan and Checklist based on specifications of the project
Liaise the Technical Engineer for submission of material submittals to Consultant
Develop and maintain inspection reports
Ensure compliance to federal and state laws, as well as company standards and specifications
Maintain calibration of quality testing equipment
Perform inspections across all stages of production
Advising on procedures to improve production efficiency
Prepare and maintain test data for review
Evaluate data and draft reports, noting any relevant deviations from existing standards
Identify areas for quality control improvement and implement new methods accordingly
Communicate quality or compliance concerns with urgency
QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education/Experience (Desired):
Technical Military MOS, trade school and/or degree
Experience and/or education and internship in complex facilities or mission critical projects is preferred
Any civilian or military technical certifications is a plus
Experience with writing and enforcing standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Solid understanding of test equipment & software
Minimum of 5-9 years of inspection and/or production experience
Strong working knowledge of various mathematical concepts including fractions, ratios, and proportions
Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Excellent organizational skills
Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret information
Must be a US citizen
Must be able to travel 70%
Computer Skills:

Key Responsibilities:
Vendor Management & Supplier Reliability

Root Cause & Corrective Action (CAPA)
* Oversee and ensure completion of root cause investigations on all product failures and non-conformances (NCRs), verifying that findings are accurate, actions are implemented, and results are sustainable. - Oversee the CAPA process from identification through closure, ensuring corrective actions are effective and sustainable. - Work directly with shop floor personnel to document issues and develop actionable solutions.
Data-Driven Decisions
* Implement and manage systems for tracking key quality and reliability metrics, including scrap, rework, and failure data. - Develop and publish a monthly quality dashboard reporting trends and Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) to corporate leadership. - Use data insights to identify high-risk areas and prioritize initiatives that strengthen reliability.
Cross-Site Collaboration & Leadership
* Serve as a bridge between Corporate QHSE, Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain, ensuring alignment across all functions involved in product and process outcomes. - Reinforce adherence across all technology centers and manufacturing sites as part of the overarching reliability process, recognizing that consistent execution at every stage is critical to product success. - Mentor and train personnel on quality and reliability, promoting a culture of accountability, process ownership, and continuous improvement. - Champion a "no-blame" culture, where failures are seen as opportunities to strengthen processes. - Engage constructively with strong personalities, demonstrating how robust quality and reliability systems save time and improve results. - Ensure that this position's authority to enforce standards is recognized and supported at all levels, with leadership direction provided to secure alignment and accountability across sites.

Education & Experience:
* 7-10 years of progressive experience in quality assurance or reliability within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. 3-5 years in a direct supervisory or leadership role managing quality systems or technical teams.
* Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or related technical discipline.

The Export Documentation Specialist is responsible for preparing and managing all export documentation to ensure compliance with U.S. and international trade regulations. This role will coordinate shipments, including hazardous materials (Hazmat), and maintain accurate records for audits and regulatory requirements.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
* Prepare and review export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, customs declarations
* Manage Hazmat shipping documentation in compliance with DOT, IATA, IMDG regulations
* Ensure shipments meet international trade regulations, customs requirements, and company policies
* Work with freight forwarders, carriers, and logistics providers to arrange transportation
* Maintain accurate records of shipped goods and update inventory systems
* Communicate with sales and customers to verify accuracy of shipping instructions and ensure adherence to customer and regulatory requirements to ensure timely delivery
* Address shipping delays, documentation errors, or customs issues promptly
* Maintain export records for internal audits and government reporting
* Monitor regulatory changes and update processes accordingly
* Support internal teams with export compliance training and guidance
QUALIFICATIONS
* HIgh school diploma or equivalent (logistics or supply chain certification preferred)
* 3+ years in export documentation and international shipping.
* Proven experience with Hazmat shipping regulations (DOT, IATA, IMDG).
* Hazmat/Dangerous Goods certification preferred.
* Data entry with Ten-Key
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES
* Strong knowledge of EAR, ITAR, and ECCN classification.
* Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines
* Strong communication skills for cross-functional coordination
