Barber Instructor - no teaching experience required! Our newest strength format, CORE is a heated conditioning class designed to strengthen the core, focusing on ab and glute exercises. Cardio, resistance band and abdominal circuits paired with minimal recovery periods will enhance overall strength, boost endurance, and improve stability.
