RESIDENT SAFETY: Ensure residents are safe and not in the way of danger at any time. Proper Supervision of residents at all times and performing necessary checks. Never leave any residents by themselves or in a situation where they would be unsupervised. De-escalate residents to maintain group safety and help them regain self-control. Immediately report any unsafe environmental circumstances. Read and be familiar with fire and other natural disaster evacuation plans. PROFESSIONALISM: Be receptive to supervisory feedback, recognize your own weaknesses, and identify ways to strengthen them. Fill bottles and cells with prescribed tablets and capsules. Apply prescription labels to bottles and boxes. Receive and store incoming supplies. Count stock and enter data into the computer to maintain inventory records. Clean equipment and complete forms as directed. Assist in stocking shelves and maintaining inventory. Essential Skills At least 1 year of pharmacy operations experience. Current Tennessee State Pharmacy Technician License. High School Diploma or equivalent. Reliable transportation.
