What You Bring

POSITION OVERVIEW

Global Atlantic's base salary range is determined through an analysis of similar positions in the external labor market. Base pay is just one component of Global Atlantic's total compensation package for employees and at times we hire outside the boundaries of the salary range. The Position
The Relationship Management (RM) team serves as the strategic, enterprise-wide hub for LMI's investment partner engagement, with a primary focus on private markets. The RM team is seeking a SeniorAnalyst - Relationship Management to serve as the analytical and operational backbone of the function-enabling scale, efficiency, and data-driven decision-making across partner engagement activities.

Responsibilities

Strong project management and prioritization skills; ability to manage multiple stakeholder requests with responsiveness and sound judgment.
Experience working with CRM platforms (preferably DealCloud; Salesforce or similar acceptable) and comfort operating in a data stewardship role.

The Position

Qualifications
3-6+ years of relevant experience in relationship management, investor relations, client service, or a similar stakeholder-facing role within asset management, financial services, or a related field.
Demonstrated ability to produce accurate, executive-ready outputs (e.g., summaries, partner briefs/tearsheets, updates) with strong attention to detail.
Strong project management and prioritization skills; ability to manage multiple stakeholder requests with responsiveness and sound judgment.
Experience working with CRM platforms (preferably DealCloud; Salesforce or similar acceptable) and comfort operating in a data stewardship role.

The Position
We are currently seeking a candidate for a senioranalyst position on the Portfolio Strategy and Management (“PS&M”) team within Global Alternative & Credit Markets Investments division. The Position
LMI is actively searching for a SeniorAnalyst to join the Direct Lending team. This individual will be an integral member of the leveraged financed platform within the Global Credit Markets business. Dedicated to the Direct Lending strategy, this SeniorAnalyst will have responsibilities that provide for significant ownership of the end-to-end private credit investment process including sourcing, underwriting and ongoing portfolio monitoring of private loans.
Responsibilities:
* Contribute as an integral member of the team to invest in private debt financings across the capital structure, with an emphasis on unitranche, first lien, and second lien loans
* Support the investment process from start to finish, working closely with Team Leaders and Credit Research to conduct company and industry research, develop investment recommendations, and to manage loan positions post-closing of the initial investment
* Contribute to the preparation of the investment committee memorandums (complete with financial projections) and support Team Leaders in the presentation of the team's investment recommendations to internal investment committees
* Assist Team Leaders in the evaluation, structuring, and negotiation of economic and legal terms at both the term sheet stage and during final documentation
* Actively monitor the performance of existing investments and maintain relationships post-close with key investment participants, including the Borrower / Sponsor and Agent; provide detailed updates to team members during scheduled portfolio reviews and as needed on an ad-hoc basis

Qualifications

As a Senior Investment Operations Analyst, you'll play a key role in Pacific Life's growth and long-term success by providing operational support for GIIG's middle-office team. You will fill a new role that sits in a team of six people in the Institutional division. Your colleagues will include Investment Operations Analysts and fellow investment professionals.
How you'll help move us forward:
Day-to-day operational support for our Global Institutional Investment Group products:
Spread Lending, Stable Value, and Institutional Fixed Annuity
. This middle-office role is a crucial link between the front-office functions (ie sales / underwriting) and back-office functions by engaging in the complete product lifecycle, from trade execution to reporting.
Collaborate with colleagues, custodian banks, external parties, internal departments (Accounting, Audit, Treasury, Finance, Actuaries, Compliance, Law and Enterprise Risk Management) and other areas where necessary to ensure GIIG transactions, deliverables, and reporting are timely and accurately completed
Advance knowledge and thorough understanding of all common fixed income investments including trade execution and associated processes. Leverage your industry expertise to optimize process efficiency
Work with leaders, colleagues or independently to meet strict deadlines and effectively manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
Ability to analyze problems and find solutions using data. Statistical analysis, data modeling, and data cleaning
Produce analysis and dashboard reporting, management reports / presentations, and adhoc reporting
The experience you bring:
7+ years of experience working in investment operations/middle office role in asset management or investment banking
College degree in finance, accounting, or similar discipline, is preferred
Thorough understanding of fixed-income investments, including trading workflows and systems involved
Must be able to demonstrate proficiency in performing all responsibilities by following documented processes and procedures, while exhibiting attention to detail and accuracy
Advanced research and resolution skills, including familiarity with legal documents
Basic knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Statutory (STAT) relating to securities investments

The base pay range noted represents the company's good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications and geographic location.
